Goblin RTA

Finally, I have my hands on the Goblin

Is the Goblin taking the vape world by storm? Is it really everything it's cracked up to be?

With ridiculous air flow, four post design, ALL STAINLESS (!!) construction AND under 40 bucks, it is a definitive force to be reckoned with. It does have a few kinks, but at the present time, I am all but sure the v1.2 has rectified most of them. Let's break it down now.

With atomizers, it goes without saying that the quality of the atomizer in question is quintessential. If the manafacturer cut corners, you're going to to run into some difficulty. Posts can spin (or, in one case with a plume veil I had, NOT EVEN DRILLED OUT), screws can strip, decks short, etc, the list goes on and on. So, in the 24.99-34.99 price point, it's a safe bet to assume costs were invariably cut somewhere.

Well, either Youde is really, really good at keeping material and overhead down, or they just know what the community wants. After the animosity surrounding the ceramic wick in the atlantis, the chrome plated brass plume veil clones, and the chrome plated brass aspire mini, Youde listened to the community. Some put too much stock in the brass/stainless war, but I certainly want stainless steel, when available, at all times. It should be the standard, at this point. Copper and brass look fine on a mod, but I do not want any particulate matter in my lungs, and I'm sure nobody else does either.

So Youde decided to construct this bad mother out of solid stainless steel. The drip tip, deck, and chimney are 100% stainless, which is both durable, and SAFE. This is the kind of quality I've come to expect from higher priced authentic devices, and to see a 29.99 down RTA constructed out of stainless steel, is, well... a steal (don't groan, I know that was awful.)

Big plus, in my book. Now, just because it is constructed out of a preferable material, does that also mean the device boasts  similarly admirable usability? Yes, in fact, it does. Everything about the device is built solid. The deck is done exceptionally well, with rigid, straight posts. The screws are a bit finicky with larger wire, but we'll touch on that later. The deck itself is machined incredibly well, with some very unique juice channels. They run all the way down the base, ensuring a perfect vacuum is achievable. The included drip tip is a no frill approach, but has a wide enough bore. The 510 pin protrudes nicely, ensuring a snug fit on most devices, and even hybrid devices. The adjustable pin is solid copper, to boost conductivity. The included pyrex is reasonably thick, and fits like a glove when the tank itself is assembled. I do, however, have a few small complaints.

For one, the deck and chimney are on the small side. This makes builds larger than 2.5mm in a diameter a struggle, and to be perfectly honest, regular builds can be tricky as well. I find the key is getting your leads clipped as short as humanely possible, so that you can ensure the coils are as close to the block as possible. If they're even a touch backed out, when the equally small chimney is screwed down, the coils will touch the wall and short. I had a bit of difficulty adjusting to this, but it is rectified rather easily - 28g wires seems to be the consensus here, as you can get more wraps and maintain a smaller coil. This is something easily overlooked once you get more comfortable acclimating to the space constraints. I can know wedge in builds will relative ease, it just required a bit of a learning curve.

The second complaint is the screw hole on the bottom. This device is fed juice by way of a fill hole, which I have never been a fan of. The provided screw locks into place with ease, but for some reason, the device does occasionally leak - something I observed over the course of a few days. It could be the viscosity of higher VG juice, but for some reason, it does have a tendency to get a bit leaky.

Suffice to say, the Goblin is constructed well. Initially, the community was a bit nit-picky about the 3ml capacity, but Youde quickly introduced a larger tank and chimney, allowing the v1.2 to hold a surprisingly large amount of juice - 5ml, to be exact. Unlike the atlantis, you do not have to buy this extension separately - both the chimney and pyrex are included, which is a nice bonus.

So...let's break down the pros and cons so far.

PROS

  • Solid, full stainless steel construction
  • Ridiculous airflow (3mm, dual)
  • V1.2 includes an extension tube for higher capacity (5ml)
  • 22mm
  • Drip tip included

CONS

  • Deck is on the small side
  • Screws are hit or miss
  • Tends to leak from the fill hole (minimally, but noticeable.)
  • It can be hard to wick the device. I will share a video that was instrumental in getting this to perform to expectations, as the man explains it far better than I ever could.

So far....it's a very, very good start. The pros far outweigh the cons. Now, if you're wondering how it performs...

It's an absolute monster.

The Goblin v1.2 is a lean, mean, asskicking RTA machine. Though the design may need refining ever so slightly, it's an absolute beast of a tank, giving the closet RDA experience, in RTA form. The dual 3mm airflow is just as big as the mephisto! It's larger than the sub tank, atlantis, lemo, billow, etc - it just puts the majority of the market to shame. With the right build, and wicking, you can get serious sub-ohm clouds, and flavor to boot.

I was, in all honesty, absolutely blown away by this device. Before I go on further, let me back peddle abit.

The Goblin has four channels, which need to be delicately taken care of, in order to ensure optimal performance. I could give you a run down, but I found a video that explains in the greatest of detail how to get this thing rocking and rolling, with absolutely NO dry hits. I struggled getting consistent hits, until I stumbled upon this. Do yourself a favor and give it a look - this man has it down to a science.

Okay...so, if you managed to sit through that incredibly long video, I applaud you, and hope you're well on your way to enjoying the device.

Once the build is perfected, their is absolutely no competition. The goblin can keep up with chain vaping, high VG juice, you name it. It seems that the science behind it is perfecting the wicking - and though it may be a continous process of frustrating trial and error, it is absolutely worth it. My experience with RTAs is minimal, but I can tell you that it gave me a far more enjoyable experience than the likes of the lemo, the billow, and the kayfun v4. It's on it's way to become an industry leader, and I see future revisions as the king of the RTA game.

Personally, I find it to be hands down, the best experience outside of an RDA. If you're looking to chase clouds and flavor, this does it all in stride. It is an absolute blessing, as I can now drive and work around the house without taking a pause to get a nice, dense, flavorful cloud.

MBV Juice Review # 3

My campaign with MtBakerVapor is coming to a close, and I must say...it was a wonderful opportunity that both strengthened my ability as a writer, as well as giving me the opportunity to cultivate my opinions, and share information with the community, as a reviewer. I am forever grateful to Michael and Mikala, two of the best people I've had the pleasure of dealing with in this hobby. Let's get down to the review

3mg
100% VG
Verdict: Though relatively simplistic by design, Root Beer offers a traditional, albeit conservative, approach to the popular soft drink. The inhale is delightfully crisp, with the familiar taste of root beer and a tinge of sarsaparilla, with a sort of carbonated/"bubbly" taste following the inhale. It is sweet, but could do with some sweetener - out of the bottle, it was almost...a bit bland? It is not a bad juice, however, it is missing...something. It could do with a touch more sweetener, maybe even a very light vanilla back, rounding out the close-but-not-there crispy sweetness. For what it's worth, the crispness is evident when dripping - I recommend using this in a tank, or a higher ohm build, as it kicked like a mule on a 0.1 ohm twisted dual coil. It was almost a bit too much, a similar feeling to dripping mentholated juices.
Rating- 3/5. It's not bad it's just missing something. This was the first bottle I ever purchased over 30ml (236ml, I believe) and I GUZZLED it. Times change, as do formulas and palletes. I'd wager an extra flavor or two will set this juice straight, propelling it as close as possible to the real deal.

3mg

Verdict: The skeptic in me doubted this concoction, recklessly anticipating a trainwreck - I mean, pumpkin pie? Surely this is some sort of joke, I've yet to come across a flavor such as that, much less one that reasonable emulated the taste of the familiar treat. Fortunately enough, my doubt subsided the moment I first tried this juice - my god they've done it. Pumpkin Pie is a near perfect rendition of the classic fall treat, encapsulating the creamy, velvety texture, the oh-so delectable sweet taste of pumpkin, and even the whipped cream on top. I could use a wide variety of words to pad the review and eloquently break down the taste, but really, it's just sweet, creamy pumpkin pie. If you're a ran of the treat, you're doing yourself an injustice by not vaping this. It's everything you could want, and more, free of that silly artificial/perfume taste, as well as disappoint. It's always a nice change of pace when something you anticipate to do poorly becomes a new favorite.
Rating - 5/5. Dessert junkies, this is one juice you can't miss. Upon further inspection, it is listed as "almost gone" and may or may not be phased out of production. Get it while you can. Mikala, get me a 236ml. (Kidding...;])

Verdict: Back in the days of Protank Mini 2s and the Ego-T, I gave this juice a shot. I was never a menthol smoker, nor did I envision myself at that point being a berry fanatic. After giving it a vape, I egregiously threw it out, chalking it up to "just what in the absolute hell is this?" Remember when I said palettes change? Well, let me tell you, I damn near drank this bottle (once again, I do not endorse doing this. Don't. Please. Can't afford those kind of repercussions, especially considering nobody iseven questioning if this is a paid review...hint...wink...hint..okay I'm done. Though you cannot drink it, I'd wager you'd feel as if you were, if you fancy it the way I did. The combination of various tropical berries and a smooth, refreshing blast of menthol is a hard combo to master, and even harder to perfect. Is it perfect? Well, no. Is it irrefutably delicious? I think so. The inhale is abundant with it's berry tastes, raspberry and I want to say blueberry, with the exhale being all menthol. It seems that the menthol has been scaled back, as I remember it being overwhelmingly strong. In a tank, it's still not my cup of tea. Out of the Mutation V3, it was gone before I knew it. Chances are, you've probably had it. If not, do yourself a favor, pick up a small bottle to try - menthol isn't for everybody, but this juice will be damned if it's denied!
Rating: 4/5 - previous inconsistencies hold this juice back, steep time may or may not be advisable, but when it's done right, it can't be beat.

3mg
100% VG
Verdict: Honestly, I don't even like Pink Lemonade. I found it deplorable as a child, more-so as an adult. Funny thing is, though, I totally love lemonade, so I half assumed this would be somewhat of enjoyable experience. For review purposes, it's mediocre at best. Subjectively, I can't tolerate it. To be blunt, it tastes like a glass of pink lemonade. Seriously. It's sour, it's tangy, and it's... pink. That is my main gripe with the juice. The lemonade is great, and has always been a favorite of mine from MBV, but whatever simulates the pink taste just does not sit right with me. It's as if the vape starts good, but abruptly reaches a halt, turning into something I wouldn't touch again. If you're a fan of the drink, or if you're looking for a semi-sweet tangy lemonade liquid, this could be the one for you. Personally, I'm not a fan.
Verdict: 2/5 - just not something I can vape on, but something I can totally see others enjoying.

Velvet Cloud Vapor E-Juice

Hey everybody! Today I'll be going over some of Velvet Cloud Vapors E-Liquid. I've got to say, it is some of the best all natural, organic juice I've had the pleasure of vaping. Lets get to it!

Velvet Cloud Vapor utilizes all natural, organic ingredients in their juice, distilled water, USP grade vegetable glycerin, and hand brewed, american sourced nicotine extract. Exercise caution - due to the natural ingredients, you may want to avoid blends that contain flavoring(s) you may be allergic to, such as fruit, nuts, etc. You can e-mail VCV and double check that you juice does not include such ingredients that may have an adverse effect on your health. VCV blends come in 0-24 mg nicotine, 100% VG, 15ml, 30ml 30ml x 4, and 120ml bottles, starting as low as 9.90. Bottle preference is plastic or glass.

DescriptionGingerbread with the right amount of spice and cake like texture to feel fresh from the oven, with a dollop of frosting on top. Deliciously baked on the inhale, a glaze of sweet frosting on the exhale.
Impression: This is a liquid that immediately had me thinking "I never thought of vaping this, but I wish I had!" Why? I don't know, really. I definitely love gingerbread cookies, especially the frosted version, but I've yet to stumble across a similarly flavored liquid. Thank god I did. Straight out of the mail, it smelled like a fresh baked gingerbread cookie. I was instantly impressed, as it smelt as organic and natural as the ingredients used to make it.
Flavor: Spot on gingerbread. You get the semi-sweet cookie taste on the inhale, with the frosted icing on the exhale. It is a perfect combo as a treat, and more-so as a liquid - it was genuinely enjoyable, sweet and dessert like, but not overbearing, The flavoring was light yet I found myself thinking more would be intolerable.
Overall: I'm not 100% sure if this is a seasonal liquid or a staple in their line up, but give it a try. If you enjoy those little frosted gingerbread cookies, this liquid will be a constant in your daily rotation. It's sweet, desserty, and is gone too soon. 5/5

DescriptionAn amazing and enigmatic blend of chocolates, cream, butterscotch, doughnuts, and fudge.
Impression: Ahhh....the moment I saw the "minty" I told myself, I'll try this last. I personally have only ran into two, maybe three, minty liquids that I could vape consistently. The smell of it was kind reminiscent of a thin mint - okay, I can go with that. Let me just say....Minty Mewlews was a wonderful, wonderful surprise.
Flavor: A lot is going on in this juice. The aforementioned description can be a bit intimidating - it is not often that mixers can pull off mixtures that call for a variety of flavors - yet Minty Mewlews is a particular, wonderful amalgamation of everything decadent and sweet...with just the right kick of minty freshness. The inhale is very rich in chocolate, almost with a hint of glazed doughnut, while the exhale provides a kick of creamy butterscotch and a blast of mint to tie it all together. This particular liquid is quite an enigma - in a dripper, I primarily got butterscotch, mint, and chocolate. In a tank, I got a lot of cream, dough, and mint. It shines particularly well when used with semi - tight airflow and twisted wire to allow the flavors to pop. All in all, it has a very rich taste, and a nice twist of mint. Each and every aforementioned flavor shines in the mix, albeit in their own way, and typically dependent on the particular build you're utilizing. Prior to vaping this, I'd rather mint stay away from my chocolate, cream, and butterscotch liquids, however Minty Mewlews has it's own special place in my rotation from now on.
Overall: Just give it a shot. It is a lot to take in, but Minty Mewlews remains rich in chocolate and butterscotch, light on the doughnuts, and has just the right amount of mint to make it all somehow work. 5/5

Description: A thick, delicious favorite - creamy vanilla custard
Impression: Vanilla custard is no doubt a favorite in the community. It seems many outfits work diligently to craft their own unique, flavorful, and inspiring custard blend. With such a variety to chose from, it is almost surprising that many who enjoy custard, seem to stand by their particular brand - be it Cuttwoods creamy strawberry unicorn milk, the ever eggy yet delicious Custards Last Stand, and for this guy.... plain 'ol Vanilla Custard from Velvet Cloud Vapor.
Flavor: Yup. I said it. In the war on custard, I'll be at the frontlines for Velvet Cloud, because I would literally drink this if it didn't make me sick (don't do it! never! ever!) It is in my opinion, the perfect execution of Vanilla Custard - flavorful, thick, and not overly eggy, but just the right amount of cream and vanilla blended together, culminating in an almost batter-like taste. The flavor is consistent in every setup I ran it through, equally flavorful, warm, and down right devilish. It was an all day vape ... for about 3 hours, and than it was gone...and I wanted to cry.
Overall: The finest blend take on Vanilla Custard I have tried to date. I would recommend this to every custard junkie, every dessert junkie, and even those who swear off dessert liquids (believe me, I know too many who do!) This will convert, turn a head, impress, and command your love and money all in one. 5/5

Description:A rich and unique blend of Strawberry and Guava.
Impression:If you've read a few of my liquid reviews, you'd quickly take note that I am not the biggest fan of strawberry. When I started vaping, Guava by MtBakerVapor was my all day vape. I was excited to try an organic mix, but leery of the strawberry - I have had some decent, some bad, and some downright insulting strawberry liquids but this....well I'll be damned if I wasn't surprised again. 5 for 5? Surely he is brown nosing...nope. Nope nope nope.
Flavor: The overall flavor profile is impeccably sweet and tasty, fruity and tasty, crushing the long line of artificial tasting blends before it. I personally avoid fruity liquids, though some are good (green apple being a favorite) I just cannot enjoy them. Strawb-Gwab managed to shake me free of that, becoming the first liquid in my rotation to not be a dessert of some sort. The strawberry is impressive, serene, even. The taste is reminiscent to the bite of a fresh picked, succulent strawberry during summer - sweet, a bit tangy, and ever-so delicious. The guava blends well in the mix, providing a slightly sweeter, almost tangy kick on the exhale. Strawberry and guava - nothing complex is happening in this juice, but it tastes absolutely refined, a mastered blend, if you will.
Overall: Delicious! One of the best fruit flavored liquids I've tried, possibly on the market. If you're the kind of vaper who is always chasing the fruitiest, tastiest liquid, give Strawb-Gwab a shot - I promise you won't regret it! 5/5

DescriptionAn amazing and enigmatic blend of chocolates, cream, butterscotch, doughnuts, and fudge.
Impression: Truly enigmatic, in a way that I am utterly dumbfounded that such a (seemingly) complex mixture could exceed every expectation I had, going above and beyond my suppositions.
Flavor: The blend is seemingly preternatural - I did not anticipate the juice to be so... so flavorful, so rich, so silky smooth and decadent in every way imaginable. Mewlews Magic capitalizes on each ingredient within, allowing each and every flavor note time to shine. In a dripper, the inhale was primarily chocolate and cream, with the butterscotch and dough taste on the exhale. The butterscotch permeates throughout every setup I tried, it is definitely the strongest flavor in the mix. In an RTA, it was a creamy, buttery vape, with chocolate lingering on each exhale. In a kanger tank (sub tank to be specific) the doughnut/cream elements really shined - this dessert vape was not as creamy, boasting a rich, chocolately bakery taste. To be perfectly honest, this was my favorite juice out of the bunch - it took a lot of flavors I loved and smashed them together with unrelenting success.
Overall: Give Mewlews Magic a chance, you're doing a disservice to your taste buds otherwise. If you crave dessert liquids like myself, or want to get your feet wet, I can think of no better liquid to try. 5/5

I've got to say, this is one of the most gleaming, positive reviews I've had the chance to do in a while. It's nice to have liquid that lives up to it's expectations, exceeding it's potential in nearly every way imaginable. I feel like a fool for not trying out VCV earlier, their innovative take on organic, boutique liquid definitely convinced me that the premium price tag is definitely worth it. Visit www.velvetcloud.com today and try a liquid or two, hopefully you'll be as impressed as I was!

GWAR E-Juice from MtBakerVapor

Hey everybody! Hope you had a wonderful holiday season, and I hope I'm not the only one who is happy that it's finally over! Today, I'll be reviewing MtBakerVapors GWAR line. This isn't a gimmick people, I'd wager it's some of the best juice you can get from MtBakerVapor - and a 30ml is only 10.99, proving you don't have to pay for premium. If GWAR themselves vape it, how can you not?

I wouldn't argue with 'em, just saying.

All of these juices were tested using a Cana DNA 30w device, 30 watts, using a magma with a single coil reading at 1.2 ohm. The juice provided utilized food coloring, however MBV offers it uncolored as well. All GWAR flavors come in a standard 50/50 ratio, with your preferred level of nicotine, in 30ml glass bottles with a dropper.

DescriptionA primarily melon flavor with hints of mixed fruits and berries. From the wretched bowels of Scumdogs to your lips. A true Gwar classic.
Impression: I'll get this right out of the way - when I first picked up Spew, I hated it. Not because it tasted bad - but because I apparently hate honey dew / melon. So after a few months, I'm in a position to once again try it. Let me tell you, vaping this out of a magma at 30 watts vs an innokin clearomizer, you'd swear it was a different juice. The overall flavor profile is still there - it is decidedly melon, with a hint of berry. The inhale is uniquely sweet and fruity, with the exhale allowing a mix of melon and berry to permeate. The wretched bowels of scumdogs are apparently inherently tasty and delicious, if not deceptive - if you've visited this juice in the past before, try it out of a flavor-chaser (magma, plume veil, orchid, kayfun) you will be floored. Keep in mind however, the honey dew / melon combination is the primary flavor, so if you're not sold on that, you may want to steer clear.
Rating : 4/5 - it is delicious, tasty, and true-to-life melon goodness - however, it is just a touch too sweet, and not something I could vape constantly.

DescriptionA sweet cake flavor with the perfect combination of chocolate, coconut, and caramel. This liquid was concocted from an ancient recipe enjoyed by all who reside on the planet Cholesterol.
Impression: Just one drip and I was hooked. Seriously, I booked a first class flight to planet Cholesterol and never looked back. The inhabitants of Planet Cholesterol all vape, and GCB flows like water. In all honesty, this is a damn fine juice, and if you're a dessert junkie desperately hunting down the latest custard, cake, or a similarly decadent juice, do yourself a favor - grab a bottle of German Chocolate Beefcake. Within the 30ml bottle is devilishly divine mixture of coconut, chocolate caramel, and cake flavoring. I primarily picked up on the coconut and chocolate mix - that is, until I dripped this on a twisted coil, and began to salivate from the mouth just thinking about it. With the right device and build, you'd swear this was a 19-26.99 bottle of juice - the inhale is rich in coconut flakes and a caramel drizzle, with the exhale tasting of frosted chocolate cake. I was actually quite surprised that such a complex flavor delivered so well - I ran this bottle empty in about two days time.
Rating : 5/5 - a simply wonderful dessert liquid, and probably one of the very few liquids that live's up to it's description and more.

Description A creamy blueberry blend with notes of nut and custard. Each bottle of Jizmoglobin is freshly harvested by Skulhedface herself.
Impression: Skulhedface, as she so eloquently puts it, should really ramp up production on the Jizmoglobin harvesting, 'cause this juice is tasty. The description is an accurate representation of the juice - though I noticed some who have tried it seem to detect a blueberry pie taste. Personally, I get all custard and nut - almost an almond like taste. The blueberry is definitely there, but it isn't as pronounced as I expected - though this isn't a bad thing. The custard taste is more of a sweet cream like custard, not the semi-sweet and eggy blend you'd find in other custard juices. The inhale packs the custard taste, with the exhale stomping all over the place with it's rich, slightly sharp almond nutty taste. It's a winner of a combination, and is a juice I simply can't put down . Personally, I don't like anything getting in the way of my custard, but I'll be damned in a hint of blueberry and a kick of nuts doesn't do it's diligence.
Rating 5/5 - 2 for 3, we're on a roll - if you like  custard and blueberry, and itching for a twist on the classic dessert, you can't go wrong.

Description Our lords and masters Gwar commanded we make an Ry4 worthy of them. This is our take on a classic vanilla caramel tobacco flavor.
Impression: As a large majority of smokers convert to vapors, it is only fitting that the lords and masters command a proper RY4. Now, you know you're onto something good when a former smoker turned vapor despised tobacco liquid, yet ate up GwarY4 like it was going out of business. Perhaps it is because the tobacco flavoring isn't too strong, or that the caramel and vanilla is prominent and delicious - who knows. What I do know, is this juice surprised the hell out of me. GwarY4 definitely perfects the RY4 blend - a classic tobacco taste with a caramel and vanilla twist. Once I popped the dropper off, the familiar and tasty smell of caramel and vanilla immediately struck a chord, and from first taste, I was hooked. The caramel and vanilla combo really is a perfect blend, and honestly, I'd love to see a variant without the tobacco. However, for those who are consistently chasing that tobacco taste, or just want a classic twist on a tried and true, do yourself a favor and pick this up. I'd go as far as recommending this to those who desperately avoid tobacco flavors - it is fantastic.
Rating : 4/5 - a classic tobacco liquid with a deceptively decadent dessert twist. Love or hate tobacco, give it a shot - you may be just as surprised as I was.

Description A powerful tropical fruit blend specially designed to satisfy the bloodlust of every scumdog in the universe.
Impression: To be frank, I wasn't a fan of this juice from the get go - I initially anticipated it to be one of the best of the bunch, going by the description - tropical fruit, right? Eh, not so much. I'm still working through the bottle, and the taste is growing on me, however I still am not getting much of a "fruit taste." In all honesty, it tastes very, very similar to the Hawaiin Punch juice. The only missing thing is the carbonation, really, 'cause the fruit blend afforded to us is really probably the recipe for Hawaiin Punch. It's not bad, but it may have to grow on you - I don't hate it, but I probably wouldn't revisit it in the future.
Rating : 3/5 - not bad, a bit deceptive if anything, but has all the potential to be a favorite for someone.

I'd like to thank the guys at MtBakerVapor for making this possible. Your help in my endeavors have been monumental, and for that I cannot thank you enough. Everybody get over to MtBakerVapor and snag a bottle or two from the GWAR line - you won't be disappointed.

Keep an eye out for my Cana DNA30W and Magma review - a combo that absolutely crushes most devices out there. Thanks for stopping by!

The Vape Shack 808 Juice Review

Today I'll be covering some juice I received from the Vape Shack. They're located in Hawaii and I must say, they have very affordable prices on QUALITY juice. I swear it is some of the tastiest juice I've ever had! Starting at 5.00 for a 10ml or 30.00  for a 120ml, it is hard to go wrong.

3mg
Overview: Aunty Li Hing is a unique flavor, which also happens to be a popular treat in Hawaii.
Final impression: Aunty Li Hing is a very interesting flavor. It tastes like a mixture of pineapple and mango, which a very sugary taste permeating throughout. It is incredibly sweet, and a deep red - this will stain your cotton something fierce. It's an interesting flavor though, as it is a truly unique taste - a fruity, yet incredibly sweet, vape. I could not vape this consistently as it gets tiring, but it is a nice juice when you're looking for a very sweet change of pace. 4/5

3mg
Overview: Ah, the peanut butter and banana sandwich. Aptly named after quite possibly the biggest fan of the tasty treat, Fat Elvis is a take on the classic gooey, tasty sandwich that Elvis himself swore by.
Final impression: Damn. This juice is absolutely amazing. It manages to perfect a natural peanut butter taste without any weird aftertaste, or odd butter flavor. The banana is incredibly real, a majority of banana flavors taste like runtz to me, this however tastes like the real fruit. It is a winning combination, just like the sandwich. It's a very creamy, thick vape, but it definitely does the dessert justice. I could vape this for the rest of my life. 5/5

3mg
Overview: An inspiring take on a beloved cereal, Captain Crunch.
Final impression: Out of the mail, the bottle smelled just like the box of cereal - I had high hopes. They were surpassed. I am quickly becoming a cereal juice junkie, and this is juice is no slouch. It has the berry taste, the corn cereal taste, and even a splash of creamy milk. It's definitely one of the best cereal flavors I've ever had, and this is another juice I could vape for the rest of my life! It's sweet, decadent, and disappears very, very quickly. 5/5

3mg
Overview: Another take on a staple dessert, banana cream tries to emulate the creamy, velvety vanilla pudding, and ripe banana taste.
Final impression: This juice didn't do it for me. I have yet to have a good banana cream, and I really hoped this would be it - it smelt wonderful. However, the pudding taste is a bit funky, almost like a bad custard, and the banana isn't anything like the fat elvis juice - it tastes like candy. It's not a bad juice, I am sure somebody would like it - it is certainly vapeable. However it did disappoint me, and I personally would not revisit it. 2/5

3mg
Overview: An interesting mixture, of which I couldn't begin to describe. It is sweet, fruity, and unique.
Final impression: Unicorn Tears taste like, well....unicorn tears. It is magical, you could say. It is incredibly fruity, but sweet at the same time - it is almost like every berry had be turned into a delicious candy and melted into a liquid. It's one of those juices you've just got to try, and you will either love it or hate it. I personally loved it, it's a very sweet, fruity vape, that is done right. This is a very hard juice to make, as "candy like" fruit can and usually does taste horrible. Unicorn Tears however managed to perfect the secret. Grab a bottle, let your taste buds explain it, because it is pretty hard to tell you just how awesome this juice is. 5/5
3mg
Overview: If you know, you know.
Final impression: This seems to be a secretive flavor, as even the websites overview states "if you know, you know." Perhaps it is a hit locally, a secret mixture, I am not sure - I am not native to the state. I can however tell you what I do know, and it is that this flavor is fantastic. It tastes like fruit punch with a strong menthol kick. For some, menthol is a deal breaker. I enjoy it if it is done well, and V Mist is a homerun. If you're looking for a fruity, sweet flavor with an icy chill, V mist will NOT disappoint. 5/5

The Vape Shack goes to show you that premium juice does not mean premium price. At just $5.00 for 10/ml, you too can enjoy some quality, tasty juice, without breaking the bank. Get over to the vapeshack now and pick yourselves up some killer juice!

MtBakerVapor juice review

Today, I'll be reviewing the second half of my www.mtbakervapor.com package, now that the juice has had time to steep. I'm a big fan of MBVs juice line and I'm happy to say that these didn't disappoint!

80/20 VG PG
30ml
3MG

Aroma: Straight out of the mail, it had a kind of soap like taste, however this is typical of MBV as their juice is mixed to order. Usually a week or two of steeping will alleviate this, however it is not always required. As time went on, the soapy smell dissipated, leaving a wonderfully sweet, fruity scent.
Taste: Color me impressed! As I progress further into the world of vaping, I find I am no longer a fan of fruity liquids - often they're either artificial, overpoweringly sweet, or exuding an equally detrimental quality. I am happy to say, however, Honey Berry is delightfully sweet, with the inhale resonating fresh, crisp berry taste, and the exhale flourishing with just the right amount of sweetness. If I had to place my finger, I'd say that raspberry and strawberry are the definitive flavoring, with just a hint of blueberry.
Final impression: After I gave this bottle the allotted time to steep, I devoured it in about three days - this juice is wonderful out of a dripper, and the mixture ratio produces dense, flavorful vapor. 5/5

80/20 VG PG
30ml
3MG

Aroma: The delightful scent of a bakery resonates from within this bottle; equal parts cinnamon and fresh, warm roll are detectable.
Taste: Cinnamon Roll by MBV has been one of my staple all day vapes - this juice is simply everything it aims to be, and more. The mixture has a seemingly perfect balance of cream, cinnamon, and decadently sweet roll taste, with neither flavor being lost in translation. The inhale is compromised of a crisp cinnamon and sweet roll, with the exhale being dominated by a flavorful cream.
Final impression: It's an all day vape, a perfect incarnation of cinnamon roll, and never lasts as long as it should. Need I say more? 5/5

80/20 VG PG
30ml
3MG

Aroma: A rich balance of honey, the faint smell of pipe tobacco, compounded by a tinge of sweetness.
Taste: I was a bit hesitant to try this particular juice, as you all know, I am not a big fan of tobacco flavored juice. Much to my dismay, however, I was pleasantly surprised - this is actually a very tasty, sweet pipe tobacco liquid. This juice has a delicate flavor profile - I pick up honey, sweet vanilla, with the tobacco flavoring being but a mere footnote. The inhale is tastes like sweet honey, but the exhale being dominated by a sweet, creamy vanilla with just a hint of tobacco taste. Very, very good!
Final impression: This is something I can vape every now and again, but not something I can do all day, as it is a bit heavy on the sweet side. This is a special occasion juice, definitely meant to be enjoyed and savored, not blown through. 4/5

80/20 VG PG
30ml
3MG

Aroma: A particularly fruity scent with a blue jolly rancher like smell....yum.
Taste: Blue Drake is a fruity mix, with a bit of a citrus-y tang to it. The inhale is dominated by a familiar berry taste, however it is almost like a blue jolly rancher - fruity, yet incredibly sweet. The exhale has a faint citrus note, rounding out the flavor into a fruity liquid with a kick at the end. Definitely very tasty, and although it is quite sweet, I do not pick up any detrimental tastes.
Final impression: This is a great juice when you're in the mood for something very sweet - perhaps an all day vape for some, but not I. With that said, however, from time to time it is a very refreshingly sweet juice, good for when I am looking for a bit more taste, or suffering from the dreaded vapors tongue. 4/5

I had a great time sampling these juices, and as expected, MtBakerVapor further reinforced my belief in their line. At just 4.99/15ml, they're not only one of the most affordable vendors in the industry, they're one of the best in my book. 50/50 PG/VG

Flavor: Pitched as a "decadent caramel flan with hints of hazelnut" this is no slouch people! The caramel permeates throughout the inhale and exhale; with the hazelnut taking a background to the powerful, creamy taste of caramel. It has a familiar custard taste, very creamy, with a slight hint of vanilla. Overall, it is an incredibly rich, complex flavor.
Aroma: Quite compelling; it smells like a slice of caramel flan, and you can even pick up the hazelnut hints. The smell lingers throughout the air, leaving a rich aroma behind.
Throat hit: At 6mg, you start to give way to throat hit, but I have a feeling this liquid is decidedly smooth to begin with. It isn't completely smooth, the hazelnut definitely has a kick, but compared to other liquids it is decidedly timid.
Overall: Color me pleased, this is a divine dessert liquid not to be missed by any custard/caramel fan. 5/5

6mg
50/50 PG/VG

Flavor: DAMN! This is pitched as a "toasted macaroon with brown sugar and cream" and I gotta say, this is a nutty, tasty treat. The almond taste is prolific, though it isn't a weird almond, to those who have had the lesser RY4's out there, you're in for a true-to-life almond taste. Layered throughout the liquid is decidedly pronounced sugar and whipped cream notes, coming together to form an inviting vape.
Aroma: Smells just like a bunch of almonds, drizzled in brown sugar and vanilla whipped cream.
Throat hit: Even at 6mg, this juice kicks like a mule! I love to throw this in my dripper of choice when I'm looking for that kick throughout the day.
Overall: Another stellar flavor. I'm not a fan of macaroon, I've had some juice that tasted like downright alcohol; this, however, manages to pull off the flavor profile with stunning ease. Another winner! 5/5

Flavor: Now this...is an interesting flavor. I'm definitely NOT a fan of floral liquid, and this is pitched as "condensed milk with rose essence and nutty tones!", so right off the bat I was leery. Much to my surprise, it is a pleasant vape, all things considered. The milky taste is semi sweet and thick, almost like a cream. The rose flavoring is, much to my satisfaction, sweet; though you do get that "wow, this is....uh...this taste's like a flower.." it isn't in your face, like eating a rose, it's actually somewhat sweet. I didn't pick up the nutty taste, but perhaps it'll come through in time.
Aroma: An innovative infusion of rose and condensed milk; I've got to say, it's a working combination.
Throat hit: This is a very mellow flavor, it is best to enjoy the taste, you won't find much of a kick here at all.
Overall: I initially thought I wouldn't be the biggest fan, yet I was pleasantly surprised. Though it is not something I would typically vape, I was able to enjoy it for what it was, much to my dismay that condensed milk, rose and nut could come together and actually mix wonderfully. The only thing I couldn't get past is the inherent floral taste, though sweeter than others, it will just never click with my palate. 3/5

6mg
50/50 PG/VG

Flavor: Um....let me be the first to ask that this be sold by the gallon, if possible. All I've got to say is wow. Pitched as a "vanilla custard with peppermint" this is in my top 3, that's for sure. The familiar taste of custard with a splash of peppermint blends together into almost a shamrock shake of sorts. The vanilla custard is smooth and sweet, and the peppermint is more "candy like" than straight menthol. They're right, it is sinful.
Aroma: Like a nice tall shamrock shake!
Throat hit: I found custard to be a smooth vape, however this does have peppermint, so expect the familiar kick of menthol even at low nic ratios.
Overall: Rock solid, guys. To those out there who are searching for a custard vape with a hint of peppermint, look no further. This liquid is to die for, and I would like to further reinstate that it needs to be offered by the gallon! 5/5

I had a lot of fun sampling the V4Vape line, a true premium juice from a company who has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Be sure to visit Nirvana Vapor, where you can purchase a 15ml bottle, 0-18mg, for the respectable price of USD 11.99. Also be sure to follow V4Vape on instagram, @v4vapeliquid. Thanks guys!

Vapor4Life E-Liquid Review

In this review, I'll be going over the juice I received in my sample kit, thanks to Vapor4Life. I have to say, it was an absolute treat! Let's get to it!

50/50
12 MG
Bottle: The e-liquid came packaged in a plastic bottle, standard fare at this point.
Throat Hit: Airy describes it best, a slight throat hit is present, but it doesn't pack a kick. It is in my experience that this is common practice with dessert liquid, almost alleviating itself from the picture to prevent compromising the flavor.
Aroma: Gooey caramel and chocolate, very lovely
Inhale: A delicate infusion of caramel and chocolate, reminiscent of the turtle candy. Completely true to form, not artificially sweet, or "candy" like.
Exhale: I caught hints of chocolate syrup, almond, with a light hit of caramel on the back end.
How it was vaped:  Out of a Kayfun Lite 3.1 with a 1.6 ohm coil and organic cotton, attached to an HCigar King Mech.

Overall:  Turtle Candy is a delightful experience, likening it's essence directly to the candy. The juice manages to perfect the combination of gooey caramel, chocolate syrup and almond, affording the taste of each flavor in every vape. The overall composition is very rich in flavor, but never overbearing or artificially sweet. If you're a fan of dessert liquid, this is an absolute must have, as it perfects turtle candy to the T. 5/5!

Grape
50/50
12 MG
Bottle: The e-liquid came packaged in a plastic bottle, standard fare at this point.
Throat Hit: Again, not much of a kick. While it hits a bit harder than turtle candy, it is nothing to write home about.
Aroma: It smells like grape koolaid, which in my opinion is unfortunate. This is a very artificial scent, and in no way replicates the fruit feel.
Inhale: Sweet, sugary grape. At this point I came to the conclusion that it is probably meant to be candy like, as it does not have the mellow taste you'd expect from fruit replication. Though it wasn't bad, it wasn't that great either.
Exhale: The candy like taste begins to balance itself out, lessening on the exhale. Though it is still quite sweet, it is a bit more "fruit like" if you will.
How it was vaped:  Out of a Kayfun Lite 3.1 with a 1.6 ohm coil and organic cotton, attached to an MVP 2.0.

Overall:  Grape was a unique experience. I wouldn't call it bad, but I wouldn't call it a fruit juice either. Perhaps grape candy would fit it better, as it is sweeter than I would expect. Throughout my vaping career, I have yet to find a grape vapor juice that I like, but this is the first I didn't completely hate either. If you're searching for that semi-sweet, fresh grape feel, look elsewhere (and point me in the right direction.) If candy sweetness is your thing, this may be just what you're looking for. I can definitely vape it, but when it's gone I won't revisit another bottle. 3/5

It is always enamoring to receive something in the mail to review, and even better when you're truly enraptured with a particular item. Turtle Candy found it's way into the win column, and I'll definitely be back for more. It was a pleasure dealing with Vapor4Life, and I'd seriously consider getting over there and picking up a bottle of Turtle Candy if you're a huge dessert fan.

Virgin Vapor E-Liquid Review

Welcome back, everybody! Today, I'll be going over the Virgin Vapor e-liquid line. To be perfectly honest, I have never had organic e-juice before, and as such I am still warming up to the complexities of the juice. I have to say, they're...different, but different isn't always bad! I'd also like to say, it as a great comfort knowing that they use only USDA certified flavoring, no artifical ingredients or compounds, USP VG/PG and nicotine. I always appreciate when companies go the extra mile in creating the best juice that they can.

50/50
12 MG
Bottle: I am a huge fan of the glass bottles, with the dropper being icing on the cake! Glass bottle droppers are typically reserved for "premium" offerings, and it's nice to know that everything at virgin vapor is treated as a premium product.
Throat Hit: Bed of Roses hits like a truck! I was expecting a mellow hit overall, complimentary to the flavor, but was presently surprised. Its nice to see a bit of thorn incorporated in the bottle...heh heh.
Aroma: Incredibly floral, but organic; not perfume based. Actually smells like a bouquet of roses.
Inhale: Again, very floral. It is complex, it is full, it is...different. I have personally never ate, or smoked, a rose but if I did...I imagine it would be spot on.
Exhale: Very plant like, it is as if you're literally consuming a rose. The flavor encompasses the scent of a rose without pushing an artificial, perfume/alcohol taste. The throat hit rounds it out, leading to a satisfying, different vape.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an Hcigar Stingray
Overall:  I don't exactly know what to say about this. It is a very, very unique juice, and I was actually a bit perplexed when I found out it is literally supposed to be a floral vape. I would never imagine myself wanting to try this, however I did enjoy it to some degree. If you're seeking a floral vape, it is a no brainer, but unfortunately I am not apart of that category. I will give it a 3/5, it is not bad by any means, but it is definitely not for me.

Bottle: I am a huge fan of the glass bottles, with the dropper being icing on the cake! Glass bottle droppers are typically reserved for "premium" offerings, and it's nice to know that everything at virgin vapor is treated as a premium product.
Throat Hit: Very mellow, very light. Enjoyable, however, because the overall hit doesn't take away from the taste.
Aroma: Funky. I know what a honey dew melon smells like, and this does not smell like a honey dew melon.
Inhale: Very... I don't know. The taste is reminiscent of fruit left out on the counter too long. I anticipated a ripe, semi-sweet vape, but was saddened when I experienced a sour, spoiled taste.
Exhale: Very spoiled. It is unvapeable, in my opinion. I feel terrible saying this, but it is either A) I am not used to the lack of sweetener or B) It really isn't good. I'm going with B, as I have tried a wide variety of juice and this one is just...terrible.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an Hcigar Stingray
Overall:  I vape Spew from MBV often, and that is a honeydew flavor. I was expecting a similar profile, however this juice does NOT taste like honey dew, at least not any that I have ever tried. A very sad 1/5. Sorry!

Bottle: I am a huge fan of the glass bottles, with the dropper being icing on the cake! Glass bottle droppers are typically reserved for "premium" offerings, and it's nice to know that everything at virgin vapor is treated as a premium product.
Throat Hit: Kicks like a horse! A welcomed change of pace, but not something I could drip all day. I did enjoy it out of a tank, which I found lessened the overall ferocity of the throat hit.
Aroma: Ripe, delicious raspberry.
Inhale: Very sweet, but mellow. Again, really loving the true organic aspect.
Exhale: Tons of vapor, tons of flavor. The sour taste of raspberry immediately follows the sweet inhale, compounds with the heavy throat it, rounding itself out to be quite possibly the best raspberry vape I've ever had.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an Hcigar Stingray
Overall:  If you're like me, and have searched and searched...and searched some more for a true-to-form raspberry, I implore you to order this by the gallon. It is delicious, organic, and truly embodies it's inspiration. 5/5!

Bottle: I am a huge fan of the glass bottles, with the dropper being icing on the cake! Glass bottle droppers are typically reserved for "premium" offerings, and it's nice to know that everything at virgin vapor is treated as a premium product.
Throat Hit: Very light, though most definitely attributed to the low amount of nicotine. Compliments the flavor profile well, however.
Aroma: Fresh, sweet caramel. Very strong, and it is slightly overbearing.
Inhale: Incredibly mellow, yet savory. Has a slight hint of sweetness, but it isn't the typical affair, more of a semi-sweet.
Exhale: Vapor production is superb, as is the caramel taste. Again, very mellow, not exactly sweet, but not dull either. Could use some time to steep, as the overall flavor feels like it could have just a bit more a kick to it. I'll revisit it in a few weeks.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an Hcigar Stingray
Overall:  The juice has potential, but I am not entirely sure it is done with the steeping process. The caramel taste is very warm and mellow, I feel with time a sweetness will cut through the mix, leading to what looks to be a very pleasurable vape. A solid 3/5.

Bottle: I am a huge fan of the glass bottles, with the dropper being icing on the cake! Glass bottle droppers are typically reserved for "premium" offerings, and it's nice to know that everything at virgin vapor is treated as a premium product.
Throat Hit: A full on kick of awesomeness. Not overpowering, but just close enough.
Aroma: Decadent vanilla with a slight scent of butter.
Inhale: Divine. The inhale is incredibly creamy, something I have yet to experience, probably due to it's organic composition. It is full of flavor, the vapor is incredibly rich, and it tastes exactly like vanilla.
Exhale: Clouds of wonderful smelling buttery vanilla vapor! The overall profile takes shape in a decadent manner, really embodying vanilla and cream.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an Hcigar Stingray
Overall:  This juice is phenomenal! Another search is over, thank you Virgin Vapor! For those who are in search of a TRUE tasting vanilla with a THROAT HIT (that you don't have to use as a mixer!) this juice will NOT let you down. 5/5!

Overall, it was a pleasure sampling Virgin Vapor's organic line of juice. It was unique, it was different, but above all it was enjoyable. I'll definitely stop by again for some of their French Vanilla and Razzmatazz, two flavors that cannot be beat!
