MtBakerVapor Liquid Review

Hey everybody! Today I'll be going over some more MtBakerVapor liquid, which is always a pleasure!

3 MG
100% VG

Description:Slim Mints e-juice is the perfect balance of flavors, combining the taste of rich chocolate cookies with undertones of delicious creamy mint filling, making this flavor a refreshing yet decadent treat.
Flavor: Aptly named "Slim Mints", it's no secret that the sole inspiration of this juice is the ever popular, famous and delicious, girl scout thin mint cookies. At this point, you're probably wondering if the liquid lives up to the reputation the tasty treat has cemented for itself. The answer is...absolutely! Slim Mint is a shocking realization of the classic treat, practically duplicating the taste and finely replicating it in liquid form. The inhale is a bit creamy, with a great chocolate note, with the refreshing mint following on the exhale. A very straight forward liquid, but when it works, it works.
Rating: 5/5 - a nice take on a classic treat, great and consistently tasty in ever setup I tried.

DescriptionFresh strawberries, heavy whipping cream and fluffy cake flavors come together in this deliciously irresistible Strawberry Shortcake e-juice.
Flavor: Strawberry Shortcake is a fairly tasty juice, but in my opinion, it has one downfall - the strawberry. I'm very picky when it comes to strawberry, but in this particular juice, it wasn't so much the taste of the strawberry, but the heaviness of the flavor - it had a bit too much. The whipped cream was light, as I only tasted it faintly on the inhale, with the cake batter flavor emerging on the exhale, but similarly so. The strawberry flavor is very strong, and I felt that it kind of over powered the balance and overall flavor of the juice - perhaps a flavor shot or two could even that out, or completely wreck it...something to consider. If you like strawberry, you may really, really like this - it's not that I didn't, I was just expecting more on the dessert front.
Rating: 3/5 - a decent juice, but could use a less strawberry, more cream and cake. Though faint, they tasted exceptionally well.

Description:Inspired by one of our most favorite homemade cake recipes, Lemon Bar is perfect for a lazy Saturday afternoon with a glass of milk and freshly baked cookies. This perfect blend of sweet, sour and mouthwatering cake will leave any baked good enthusiast wanting more!
Flavor: Ever had a lemon bar? If not, you're missing out. My mother makes the best in the world, and they happen to be one of my favorite treats - needless to say, I had ridiculously high expectations for this juice, and the anticipation was high. It was the first bottle I tore into, and the only I couldn't watch steep - I had to try it...and you know what? I'm glad I did, because it tastes AMAZING! Lemon bar by MtBakerVapor has, in my opinion, the perfect balance of light, fluffy cake, and tart, sour lemon. The lemon is a very pure taste - so much so, you coulda told me it was organic and I'd believe you. The cake batter is very rich, with a slight hint of sweet cream - it's not so much dry, but sweet and creamy. The inhale is rich and lemony, somewhat bitter sweet, with cake batter and cream following on the exhale. Overall it is a very, very well done blend, and I was incredibly impressed. All day vape for sure, and a well done homage to it's inspiration.
Rating: 5/5 - a wonderfully artful take on a tasty treat

Description:Banana Cream Pie is a delicious dessert flavor with notes of custard and fresh bananas, and subtle hints of nuts and graham cracker crust.
Flavor: If you haven't noticed, I really like my liquid in dessert/treat form. I've got one hell of a sweet tooth, and Banana Cream Pie by MtBakerVapor managed to hit the spot. All the components of the tantalizing tasteful pie are here in spades - semi sweet banana, fluffy tasty cream, and graham cracker crust. The inhale is where the banana really shines - it's quite tasteful, a bit on the artificial side but not too over the top. The exhale is where the mix itself shines - the cream and crust combo is stellar, and quickly became hard to put down. Overall, it is a very, very well done juice. The banana and cream go very well together with the graham cracker providing the backbone. I'd say that the graham cracker is the dominant flavor, but that's not a bad thing by any stretch - it's a damn good taste, a bit dry, sweet, yet very, very flavorful.
Rating: 4/5 - if the banana was refined just a tad, I'd vape it by the gallon.

Description:With a myriad of fruit flavors all packed into one e-juice, Fruity Hoops is one of our more deliciously complex flavors. Fruity Hoops e-juice is a delectably sweet and fruity vape, sure to delight any vaper.
Flavor: Let this steep a bit because I know the blend can be complex and I didn't want an off putting taste from the get go. Fast forward two weeks later and color me impressed! I was surprised at just how well MBV pulled off the fruit loop formula -  so much so that I blew through the 30ml in two days! It has every note you'd look for - the crisp lemon, the dry cereal taste, a bit of orange, a bit of everything that makes the cereal great. The inhale is where the lemon and orange shine, with the exhale tasting more-so like the texture of the cereal, dry and sweet. I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have a creaminess to it - it tastes like the dry cereal, but I didn't sweat it much, as it was still very good. I would like to see some sort of cream/custard combo in the future to emulate the milk taste, but as for now, I'm very, very satisfied. If you're in the market for a cereal flavor that is tasty, affordable, and gone too soon, check out Fruity Loops by MtBakerVapor.
Rating: 5/5 - an affordable, tasty take on a new-found favorite liquid.

Hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. It's always a pleasure to work with MtBakerVapor, they're great to do business with, and just top-notch people all around. Make sure you stop by and pick up some liquid today, use coupon code "vapocalyptic" for 10% off your order!

Velvet Cloud Vapor E-Juice

Hey everybody! Today I'll be going over some of Velvet Cloud Vapors E-Liquid. I've got to say, it is some of the best all natural, organic juice I've had the pleasure of vaping. Lets get to it!

Velvet Cloud Vapor utilizes all natural, organic ingredients in their juice, distilled water, USP grade vegetable glycerin, and hand brewed, american sourced nicotine extract. Exercise caution - due to the natural ingredients, you may want to avoid blends that contain flavoring(s) you may be allergic to, such as fruit, nuts, etc. You can e-mail VCV and double check that you juice does not include such ingredients that may have an adverse effect on your health. VCV blends come in 0-24 mg nicotine, 100% VG, 15ml, 30ml 30ml x 4, and 120ml bottles, starting as low as 9.90. Bottle preference is plastic or glass.

DescriptionGingerbread with the right amount of spice and cake like texture to feel fresh from the oven, with a dollop of frosting on top. Deliciously baked on the inhale, a glaze of sweet frosting on the exhale.
Impression: This is a liquid that immediately had me thinking "I never thought of vaping this, but I wish I had!" Why? I don't know, really. I definitely love gingerbread cookies, especially the frosted version, but I've yet to stumble across a similarly flavored liquid. Thank god I did. Straight out of the mail, it smelled like a fresh baked gingerbread cookie. I was instantly impressed, as it smelt as organic and natural as the ingredients used to make it.
Flavor: Spot on gingerbread. You get the semi-sweet cookie taste on the inhale, with the frosted icing on the exhale. It is a perfect combo as a treat, and more-so as a liquid - it was genuinely enjoyable, sweet and dessert like, but not overbearing, The flavoring was light yet I found myself thinking more would be intolerable.
Overall: I'm not 100% sure if this is a seasonal liquid or a staple in their line up, but give it a try. If you enjoy those little frosted gingerbread cookies, this liquid will be a constant in your daily rotation. It's sweet, desserty, and is gone too soon. 5/5

DescriptionAn amazing and enigmatic blend of chocolates, cream, butterscotch, doughnuts, and fudge.
Impression: Ahhh....the moment I saw the "minty" I told myself, I'll try this last. I personally have only ran into two, maybe three, minty liquids that I could vape consistently. The smell of it was kind reminiscent of a thin mint - okay, I can go with that. Let me just say....Minty Mewlews was a wonderful, wonderful surprise.
Flavor: A lot is going on in this juice. The aforementioned description can be a bit intimidating - it is not often that mixers can pull off mixtures that call for a variety of flavors - yet Minty Mewlews is a particular, wonderful amalgamation of everything decadent and sweet...with just the right kick of minty freshness. The inhale is very rich in chocolate, almost with a hint of glazed doughnut, while the exhale provides a kick of creamy butterscotch and a blast of mint to tie it all together. This particular liquid is quite an enigma - in a dripper, I primarily got butterscotch, mint, and chocolate. In a tank, I got a lot of cream, dough, and mint. It shines particularly well when used with semi - tight airflow and twisted wire to allow the flavors to pop. All in all, it has a very rich taste, and a nice twist of mint. Each and every aforementioned flavor shines in the mix, albeit in their own way, and typically dependent on the particular build you're utilizing. Prior to vaping this, I'd rather mint stay away from my chocolate, cream, and butterscotch liquids, however Minty Mewlews has it's own special place in my rotation from now on.
Overall: Just give it a shot. It is a lot to take in, but Minty Mewlews remains rich in chocolate and butterscotch, light on the doughnuts, and has just the right amount of mint to make it all somehow work. 5/5

Description: A thick, delicious favorite - creamy vanilla custard
Impression: Vanilla custard is no doubt a favorite in the community. It seems many outfits work diligently to craft their own unique, flavorful, and inspiring custard blend. With such a variety to chose from, it is almost surprising that many who enjoy custard, seem to stand by their particular brand - be it Cuttwoods creamy strawberry unicorn milk, the ever eggy yet delicious Custards Last Stand, and for this guy.... plain 'ol Vanilla Custard from Velvet Cloud Vapor.
Flavor: Yup. I said it. In the war on custard, I'll be at the frontlines for Velvet Cloud, because I would literally drink this if it didn't make me sick (don't do it! never! ever!) It is in my opinion, the perfect execution of Vanilla Custard - flavorful, thick, and not overly eggy, but just the right amount of cream and vanilla blended together, culminating in an almost batter-like taste. The flavor is consistent in every setup I ran it through, equally flavorful, warm, and down right devilish. It was an all day vape ... for about 3 hours, and than it was gone...and I wanted to cry.
Overall: The finest blend take on Vanilla Custard I have tried to date. I would recommend this to every custard junkie, every dessert junkie, and even those who swear off dessert liquids (believe me, I know too many who do!) This will convert, turn a head, impress, and command your love and money all in one. 5/5

Description:A rich and unique blend of Strawberry and Guava.
Impression:If you've read a few of my liquid reviews, you'd quickly take note that I am not the biggest fan of strawberry. When I started vaping, Guava by MtBakerVapor was my all day vape. I was excited to try an organic mix, but leery of the strawberry - I have had some decent, some bad, and some downright insulting strawberry liquids but this....well I'll be damned if I wasn't surprised again. 5 for 5? Surely he is brown nosing...nope. Nope nope nope.
Flavor: The overall flavor profile is impeccably sweet and tasty, fruity and tasty, crushing the long line of artificial tasting blends before it. I personally avoid fruity liquids, though some are good (green apple being a favorite) I just cannot enjoy them. Strawb-Gwab managed to shake me free of that, becoming the first liquid in my rotation to not be a dessert of some sort. The strawberry is impressive, serene, even. The taste is reminiscent to the bite of a fresh picked, succulent strawberry during summer - sweet, a bit tangy, and ever-so delicious. The guava blends well in the mix, providing a slightly sweeter, almost tangy kick on the exhale. Strawberry and guava - nothing complex is happening in this juice, but it tastes absolutely refined, a mastered blend, if you will.
Overall: Delicious! One of the best fruit flavored liquids I've tried, possibly on the market. If you're the kind of vaper who is always chasing the fruitiest, tastiest liquid, give Strawb-Gwab a shot - I promise you won't regret it! 5/5

DescriptionAn amazing and enigmatic blend of chocolates, cream, butterscotch, doughnuts, and fudge.
Impression: Truly enigmatic, in a way that I am utterly dumbfounded that such a (seemingly) complex mixture could exceed every expectation I had, going above and beyond my suppositions.
Flavor: The blend is seemingly preternatural - I did not anticipate the juice to be so... so flavorful, so rich, so silky smooth and decadent in every way imaginable. Mewlews Magic capitalizes on each ingredient within, allowing each and every flavor note time to shine. In a dripper, the inhale was primarily chocolate and cream, with the butterscotch and dough taste on the exhale. The butterscotch permeates throughout every setup I tried, it is definitely the strongest flavor in the mix. In an RTA, it was a creamy, buttery vape, with chocolate lingering on each exhale. In a kanger tank (sub tank to be specific) the doughnut/cream elements really shined - this dessert vape was not as creamy, boasting a rich, chocolately bakery taste. To be perfectly honest, this was my favorite juice out of the bunch - it took a lot of flavors I loved and smashed them together with unrelenting success.
Overall: Give Mewlews Magic a chance, you're doing a disservice to your taste buds otherwise. If you crave dessert liquids like myself, or want to get your feet wet, I can think of no better liquid to try. 5/5

I've got to say, this is one of the most gleaming, positive reviews I've had the chance to do in a while. It's nice to have liquid that lives up to it's expectations, exceeding it's potential in nearly every way imaginable. I feel like a fool for not trying out VCV earlier, their innovative take on organic, boutique liquid definitely convinced me that the premium price tag is definitely worth it. Visit www.velvetcloud.com today and try a liquid or two, hopefully you'll be as impressed as I was!

Beard Vape Co Review

Little late, but the holidays are hectic. Hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas and enjoys a new year. With the year closing out, I'm happy to bring you my review on Beard Vape Co and their juice line. Thanks for the opportunity, Colbey, this is some killer juice!

DescriptionNew York style cheesecake with strawberries on top......Mmmmmmm
Flavor: No 5 blew me away. It is a very satisfying mixture of strawberry and cheesecake, with a hint of vanilla. The inhale is, hands down, the best damn strawberry taste I've ever had, with the exhale exploding with cream, vanilla, and pie crust undertones. It is a very sweet and creamy vape, decadent if you will. If I could, I'd drink it.
Final thought: I'm a dessert junkie, so naturally I had very high hopes for this juice in particular, as the cream/strawberry combo ala "Mother's Milk" is one of my all time favorite blends. Luckily, this does NOT disappoint, perfecting everything it set out to accomplish and more. But seriously...can I drink it? 5/5

DescriptionWe're told this tastes like a cinnamon funnel cake - so we're going with it.
Flavor: No 32 is...interesting. It is quite comparable to a cinnamon funnel cake - cinnamon, yellow cake, and sugar permeate throughout the blend. Unfortunately, the flavors kind of clash - it's as if I want to vape either just the cinnamon, cake, or the sugar and cream - they all taste fantastic, but together I get a lost in translation feel. It's not BAD, and I would definitely believe that this is numerous ADVs for some people, but personally I wasn't wowed.
Final thought: If I could separate the flavors, I'd be happy - the cinnamon is the best I've tried, and the yellow cake and sugar mix is good. I'd like to see maybe a cinnamon juice, and a cake and sugar juice, from Beard Vape - they're delectable. Together though, I can take it or leave it. 3/5

DescriptionCreamy Hibiscus Cotton Candy.
Flavor: Hibiscus and cotton candy,.... I dunno, man. It's a sweet, creamy, floral vape. I love the creaminess, and the sweetness, but the hibiscus hit is just too weird for me to digest. I know some people love the floral liquids, but personally? Get it out of my juice. The cotton candy is kind of hit or miss - I've honestly never had a "true" cotton candy juice. It never replicates well in e-liquid form. Hibiscus is florally, with kind of a sweet undertone. The cream is the highlight of this juice - nearly all of the juices contain a hint of cream or vanilla, and boy is it delicious. Ditch the hibiscus and this would be a fantastic juice. As it stands, I can definitely vape it, but I wouldn't make it an ADV.
Final thought: If you're into a floral vape, this is probably the gold standard - personally, it's just not my thing. A lot of people I let try it, loved it. Give it a shot if it sounds like your thing. 3/5

DescriptionLiterally a girl scout thin mint. Literally.
Flavor: To be perfectly honest, the manufacturer description is all that needs to be said. If you have had a girl scout thin mint, you will know the taste - the menthol, the chocolate, the cookie. This juice hits every damn mark on the head, and than some. The inhale is wonderfully crisp, clean, with a very, very nice mint taste. The exhale is a very rich blend of chocolate cookies, with the mint cutting in. It's delicious. If you told me the guys at Beard Vape literally liquefied a girl scout thin mint and bottled it, I'd believe it.
Final thought: If you're looking for a remarkably dessert e-liquid, No 88 is a no brainer. If you like the cookie, you'll LOVE the juice. Give it a shot, seriously, it is life changing. 5/5

Description: Vanilla custard with a hint of chocolate.
Flavor: Custard is without a doubt my favorite e-juice. I had high hopes for this, as I do a majority of custards - you just can't say custard and expect me to not get excited. The inhale is packed full of vanilla cream, with a slight hint of egginess, followed by a hint of chocolate. I thought the chocolate was a bit weird at first, but after I got used to it, the bottle was literally gone in a day. This is one of the finest flavors I've ever had the chance to vape. If you're looking for a delightfully creamy, sweet vanilla custard, pick it up. Even if you're skeptical on the chocolate, it blends very, very well.
Final thought: This is some damn fine juice. For all you custard junkies out there, I seriously recommend you pick this up - you will be impressed. 5/5

I'm glad I got the opportunity to try out this wonderful line of juice. I highly suggest you all get over to www.eliquid.com and pick up a bottle of Beard Vape Co juice. I hope you all have a safe new year, and remember, be safe!

Smokenmist E-Juice

Hey everybody! Another E-juice review, courtesy of www.smokenmist.com. Smokenmist has a great selection of must have, affordable vaping gear, as well as top notch e-liquid. What are you waiting for? Get on over there!

Overview : A tantalizing mixture of succulent strawberries and devilishly creamy cheesecake. Out of the mail, it smells a bit deceptive - kind of like cheesecake, but no hint of strawberry. Vaping it, however, is a completely different story. They come in standard bottles with the flavor name, company name, mixture, and warnings - I've got to say, I love it when a company takes their time to perfect what is in the bottle, and not the bottle itself.
Flavor : ADDV. All damn day vape. Once more. ALL. DAMN. DAY. VAPE. Strawberry monroe is in my opinion, the mother's milk/suicide bunny KILLER. With a delicate balance of sweet strawberry and the creamy, custard like taste of cheesecake filling, this is heaven in a bottle. I've never had something so sweet, so tasty, so.... just, yeah. I've really got to nag Aaron (president of smokenmist) about adding large ML bottles...say, a gallon? ;) In all seriousness though, if you're a dessert junkie like I am, this will absolutely blow you away.

Overview: A fruity blend, weaving peach, berries, and melons. I was curious why it was named "Plush", so as I was pulling the image, I read the description - "don't stroke the furry wall!" and as you can tell...it's a furry wall. Well, when the world slips you a Jeffery, stroke the furry wall.
Flavor: Despite the intriguing aroma and spectacular ingredients list, Plush unfortunately falls a bit short, in my opinion. I'm not a big fan of fruity juices, however peach is and always will be one of the few I can tolerate - unfortunately with plush, I get a tinge of berry, and an overwhelming amount of melon - and I am definitely not a fan of melon. To fruit/berry aficionados
, this has the potential to be a home run, however I've got to respectfully pass. I will note however, it does have a very clean taste - I find nearly all fruit juices overly sweet or artificial, but at least plush has a crisp, distinctive taste.

Overview: A summer time classic. The refreshing blend of tangy yet sweet raspberry and the delightfully sour lemonade culminate in a classic, tasteful beverage. Right out of the mail the crisp smell of lemonade permeates, cutting through the berry mix. Raspberry Lemonade used to be an ADV for, and I'm happy to say this particular incarnation finds it's way into that category with ease.
Flavor:  A simple yet complex mix - lemonade is notoriously hard to perfect. It can be too sweet, too bitter, too tangy, up to and including downright unvapeable. I know, I've had my fair share of  "lemons", no pun intended. It is evident however that Aaron has managed to perfect the blend, leading to artistry in a bottle - this is a definitive raspberry lemonade. The raspberry is pronounced, mixing well with the lemonade, curbing it's bitter-sweet taste. It's not too sweet, not too bitter, it's... it's actually quite impressive. I couldn't vape it all day. but it is definitely refreshing, sweet, and a treat of sorts - an after dinner vape, perhaps.

Overview: I've never had a dragon fruit, however after trying this juice I can say I don't really want to have one. It's not... bad, it's just... different. I imagined a sweet tasting juice, however it is kind of sour, almost like a melon.
Flavor: I, personally, was not a fan of this juice. It tastes like a sour melon. I really can't put my finger on it or articulate much more than that - I'm not a fan of melon. For what it's worth, however, my wife absolutely loved it. She tore through a 10ml in about a day. It's not a bad juice, I mean, it doesn't taste nasty, or have a funky smell, it's just.... different.

Overview: Despite the name, I instinctively knew what this was going to be - Zebra Stripe Gum. Don't ask me how, don't ask me why, I just had an inclination. I'm not huge on candy tasting vapes, this one however, kept me coming back for more. It's sweet, it's sour, it's zebra stripe gum and it takes me back to when I was eight years old.
Flavor: If you've ever had zebra stripe gum, than you know what to expect. If you haven't, well, to quote Mr. Ricky Bobby... if you don't chew zebra stripe gum, then .... well you can fill in the blanks, or watch the movie! Animal House Gum is delightfully sour and sweet, managing to replicate the taste of actual gum without compromising it's fruity and sweet integrity. If you're in the market for a sweet and sour vape with a candy kick, definitely pick up some animal house gum.

Red Cpoper Stingray by INFINITE

Good morning vape fam! Vapocalyptic Reviews coming at you in the early morning AM hour with another review. Today I'll be going over the Infinite Red Copper Stingray. It's a sexy mod, and I'd like to give a shoutout to Jonathan at www.alluringvapors.com for the opportunity. Make sure to get on over to www.alluringvapors.com, they've got some pretty nice prices on a wide range of mechanical mods, starter kits, and tanks. Lets get to it!

This particular stingray is a beast, no doubt about it. I have owned the Brass HCIGAR Stingray, Tobecco Stingray, and even a few fasttech clones. While this version does not particularly compare to the latest and greatest release, the Stingray X, it doesn't fall too short. Though it does employ a traditional top cap, thankfully it has silver plated contacts, and an all copper construct - highly conductive, and definitely appealing. Let me break down the specifications.

22 MM in diameter
Laser etched engraving
Solid copper
Silver plated contacts
Silver plated floating atomizer pin
Magnetic button
Floating positive pin
Houses 18350, 18490, and 18650 batteries
Reverse threaded locking ring
Low profile, just 3.4 inches in 18650 mode

Pretty appealing, right? The copper construct and silver plated contacts grapple with voltage drop, as well as boasting some serious conductivity. I've got a Mephisto RDA provided to me by www.alluringvapors.com on top of it, and it absolutely rocks. It is definitely one of the hardest hitting combinations I've got in rotation! With that said, let's get on to what I liked about the Infinite Red Copper Stingray.

PROS

Hits like a train!!! CONDUCTIVE!
Buttery smooth threads
Quality, deep engraving
Awesome top cap, almost as good as a hybrid cap
No unnecessary tubes

CONS

Does require maintenance - copper gets grimy, and is soft. Without adequate cleaning, threads can seize, and it WILL patina - this is a pro for some and a con for some.

The switch. The damn switch. Stingray owners, you know what I'm talking about. If this is your first, read on.

Copper is quickly becoming one of the prized metals in the vaping community - it is highly conductive, and cheaper to produce and manufacture than silver. If I'm not mistaken, this particular model came a bit before copper overdose we're going through now, and for it's time, it definitely reigned supremely over it's competitors

. This is not to say that it does not have a place in today's world - it definitely holds up to some of the more beefier competitors, such as the Skeleton Key, Stingray X, and the Manhattan.

If you've ever owned a stingray, the Red Copper mod will feel familiar. It can be configured in 18650, 18490, and 18350, all without having to include additional tubes. It also comes with an additional body piece to allow for a kick. It features a floating atomizer pin, 22mm in diameter, allowing nearly all RDAS and RBAS to sit flush. I'm a big fan of the atomizer pin, as it requires very little maintenence - simply back out the switch and thread your atty of choice, and watch the magic happen - it is self adjusting. No more adjusting for battery rattle, no more fiddling with telescopic pins. Outside of the hybrid cap, it is personally my favorite design.

Speaking of the top cap, it boasts silver plated contacts, which definitely conduct well - I've got a .6 dual macro build atop it...huge coils, and this mech never once hesitates - each click of the button gets a warm glow started, culminating in a fiery display of ultra subohmie goodness.
The threads on the Stingray are buttery smooth, something I have come to expect not only from the stingray clone, but Infinite. I can honestly say outside of fasttech, I have never held a stingray with subpar threads. Each individual section of the tube screws on and off with relative ease, as well as the top cap and button. If you're like me, you don't clean your mods to often, and some are prone to seizing - I have fought my nemesis top cap and switch more than I'd like to count - I feel confident knowing my red copper stingray won't seize on me anytime soon.

So with that out of the way, let's get down to the only downfall of the design - the switch. In my opinion, JDTech went too far out of the box, and because it is a 1:1 clone, manufacturers followed suit. To be blunt, this is just not a great design. The way that the switch works is that a piece of metal sits on the base, housing the magnet. With the contact screwed in, a piece of delrin is screwed atop that, housing a repelling magnet within, and the silver plated contact atop. By design, yeah, it isn't bad - but in application, it's absolutely annoying. The threads do not properly catch, and because the quality is varies vastly from clone to clone, often the button threads itself do not mesh well with the delrin. This leads to a crunchy switch that can (usually) only fire with a dead center push - if you try off to the side, you will get nothing.

With a bit of research, it seems that some filing, sanding, filing, and more sanding will get you a semi-passable switch. Personally THIS particular model that I received isn't too bad - I have had some that were a NIGHTMARE - but unfortunately, I could compare it to the exact same model and chances are it would be a completely different story. For starters, I would recommend

Completely dismantling the button
Scrubbing it with water and soap
Scrubbing it again with ketchup (to polish the copper and pull impurities)
Scrub the threads
Reassemble, and hope that this makes an impact.

Usually, it will, however your mileage may vary. I must note, however, I do like how you adjust the throw of the button - simply twisting the delrin either way will either lower or raise it, thus adjusting your throw. I personally find that a longer throw affords ease of us, but it is all dependent on the machining quality your particular mod has.

Final Thoughts

Overall, this is an exceptionally well made device. It boasts magnificent threads, and for a copper mod (soft metal) that is a definitive plus. It has a low profile, highly conductive silver contacts, a worry free top cap, and a beautiful engraving. The switch isn't the best, but with a little TLC, it can definitely turn into a daily driver. Even though the Stingray X is out, I would definitely still recommend the Copper V2 by Infinite - it is beautiful, functional, and just an all around kick ass performer.

Joytech eRoll + juice review

Today I'll be going over the Joytech eRoll ands some juice provided to me by VapeRev. I'd like to personally thank Amber, all those at VapeRev, Midas Juice, and Mr. GoodVape

The eRoll by Joytech is a tried and true take on the "cig-a-like." It is aimed at those making the transition to vaping, affording the user the look of a cigarette, without all the negative aspects of a traditional analog. It comes packaged alongside a portable charger, a usb cable, two batteries (3.7v) and 2 atomizer heads. The eRoll is powered by a small atomizer that holds roughly .6ml of e-liquid. The 3.7v battery is is 1000mAh, so it has the capability of providing lengthy life, though mileage may vary depending on how much you use it. It is well constructed, last's throughout the day with normal use, and works relatively well when compared with similar setups. Here is what I liked about the eRoll

Portability
The eRoll is small, sleek, and portable. It slipped in and out of my pocket with ease, and was a treat carrying around. I typically have two batteries, a bottle of juice, and whatever mech I grab, so I am usually weighed down quite a bit. It was very convenient having something I could throw in my pocket and forget about. It also is a "hands-free" device, as the eRoll only fires when you drag; therefore no need to worry about it firing in my pocket!
Ease of Use
The eRoll is hassle free, as all you need to do is fill the atomizer, attach the cone, and screw in the battery. The device fires when you drag off of it, cooling down afterwords almost instantaneously. The combined portability and hassle free experience really do the eRoll justice, it is perhaps the easiest device I have ever used. The atomizer rarely leaked, it fired instantly every time. I have used the Blu and similar blister pack cigalikes, and they're absolutely terrible. If the cigalike is up your alley, the eRoll is the golden standard.
Vapor and Flavor production
The little 510 atomizer surprisingly produces a decent amount of vapor AND flavor! Though it isn't comparable to a traditional tank system, it is leagues better than the Blu and other alternatives. The vapor production is surprisingly dense, and the flavor is actually just as good, if not better, than a few tank systems I own.

Overall, the eRoll is a beginner device, aimed at those transitioning into the world of vaping. If you don't want to mess with a larger device like the MVP, don't want to constantly replace coils, carry around juice and extra batteries, the eRoll is a sound alternative to tobacco. The ease of use, performance, and long battery life all make this a WINNER in my book!

Flavor: Okay, before you write me off, just listen. When you think of e-liquid, Pistachio doesn't exactly spring out at you. Surprisingly enough, it is a very complex, tasteful, and interesting experience. It has the traditional pistachio taste, with a hint of salt, even managing to work in the shell taste! It's a warm, flavorful vape, very organic and true to nature. It's got a twist of tobacco and dark chocolate, but it is definitely nutty.
Aroma: Like a bowl of Pistachios. Pair it with your favorite beer, and get ready for a nice time!
Throat hit/vapor: Surprisingly mellow, but it does produce a nice plume of smoke.
Overall: Though it definitely isn't something you could vape all day, it is a nice treat, and an interesting foray into experimental liquid. If you're a fan of the nut, you will definitely be a fan of the juice. 4/5

Flavor: Yummy yummy yummy. A true take on a classic flavor, utilizing the cake batter and sweet, heavy vanilla taste exceptionally well. The inhale is delightfully strong on the vanilla end, with the exhale being dominated by cake batter. Very sweet, very rich.
Aroma: Just like a hot, fluffy cupcake slathered in vanilla frosting.
Throat hit/vapor: The throat hit is definitely heavy, with the equally dense vapor partnering with it nicely.
Overall: A very flavorful, rich dessert vape, sure to please both cake & vanilla lovers.

Flavor: This is out of this world amazing. Both part's sweet and sour, this juice is a refreshingly nice take on sweet summer drink. It's got the familiar "bite" of pink lemonade, loaded with sweetness and just the right twist of sourness.
Aroma: JUST LIKE THE DRINK. The smell fills the air, which is just wonderful.
Throat hit/vapor: The throat hit is sharp, and the vapor production is wispy. Not dense, but definitely has a presence.
Overall: I love lemonade flavors, and it's nice to try one so delightfully true to form. It manages to perfect the pink lemonade formula, being sweet, sour and refreshing in all the right places. To lemonade fans out there, this is a definite no brainer.

I enjoyed my time with the eLiquid provided by VapeRev, as well as the eRoll. I once again would like to thank all at VapeRev, Amber, and all the e-liquid manufacturers. Without you, none of this would be possible.

_J7M1854

Oh yeah. Today, I'll be going over the ZampleBox, both as a service, and juice provided.

The day my ZampleBox arrived, I was ecstatic. I had no idea what to expect. I looked up YouTube reviews, browsed forums, and noticed a ton of satisfied customers. Frantically rushing inside, I ripped into the package, and was absolutely blown away.

First, my order was very well packaged. A ton of bubblewrap surrounded my box of liquid, offering peace of mind knowing my order will be safe in transit. Tucked away in a little green box, are two felt baggies, each containing 5-6 bottles of a variety of e-liquid. Alongside the liquid, are coupons and business cards for the various vendors, each offering varying discounts and specials.

The liquid I received ranged from Peach Lemonade (NicQuid), Heist (AlphaVape), Santeria (AlphaVape), Strawberry Fields (RocketFuelVape) Mysteriously Deep (Clevervape), amongst others. Right off the bat, the 44.99 price point was done a great justice, considering I got 11 bottles, with the aforementioned being priced at

Peach Lemonade - 8.19 + shipping
Mysteriously Deep - 8.99 + shiping
Heist - 12.00 + shipping
Santeria - 12.00 + shipping
Strawberry Fields - 6.50

Those five bottles alone would total 47.19, (plus) applicable shipping fees. So, essentially, the remaining six bottles are free!

The service is simple.

You visit ZampleBox, and click the "get started" tab. Once there, you will complete a brief four question "flavor profile", so that the team can better service your preferences. The profile is rather simple, consisting of

How would you best describe yourself? Beginner, intermediate, advanced?

Your ZampleBox will include a delicious hand selected assortment of flavors of the best vaping liquids on the market. Are there any flavors that you do NOT want to receive? Here, you can choose to omit tobacco, menthol, both, or select "Send me everything."

Would you like us to include exclusive coupons in your ZampleBox so that you can save when you purchase more of the e-liquids that you love? Yes, or no? These coupons essentially pay for the service itself, as some can be as high as 50% off!

Would you like to only receive e-juices that are made with USA made ingredients? Yes or no? Preference, really.

Once this is completed, you're required to choose a subscription.

The "Gold" Zamplebox includes
120-150ml of e-liquid at 44.99

The "Standard" Zamplebox includes
60-90ml of e-liquid at 24.99

No need to do the math to tell that this is a quality deal, people. Even if every bottle was 5.00, the "gold" box essentially provide you with two+ free bottles, and the "Standard" 1-3+ free bottles!

The process was extremely fast, my order shipped the very next day (they tend to, if placed early enough) and arrived in about 3 days. From WA to AZ, especially considering two of those days fell over the weekend, that is some snappy shipping speed.

They are offered in 0, 6, 12 and 18mg increments.

After selecting your tier and nicotine level, you complete the payment process. Did I mention shipping is included? Not to mention...their is no annual contract! The charge is recurring, (taking) place on the date you purchased the box, but subscribers are free to cancel at any time!

Zample partners with a multitude of reputable vendors, such as NicQuid, Johnson Creek, Golden Drops, Cyclops Vapor, and more!

Every box is a surprise. If you're a fan of surprises, or simply wish to broaden your horizon, I don't see an alternative. With ZampleBox, you're able to test a multitude of e-liquid from a variety of credible vendors, as Zample ONLY supports the best (95%! of potential vendor are actually DENIED!)

To sum it up, ZampleBox is a shot in the dark that manages to hit it's mark, believe it or not. With the ability to sample a wide range of liquid, cancel at any time, and potentially stumble upon a vendor you love, there is no better place to go than Zample!

I'd like to personally say, it has been a great pleasure dealing with the company. You can tell they're ia team who truly has a passion for their craft, and the industry they're apart of. From the way they communicate, to the quality liquid they select, down to the beautifully packaged box of delicious liquid, it is absolutely wonderful dealing with a company that truly values their customer base. With that in mind, I'd like to bring you the top three liquids I am positively enamored with!

Genesis(by seducejuice)
12mg
50/50

Flavor: This liquid is absolutely bursting with flavor. I can't even begin to describe what I taste, I get mango, citrus, licorice, with an absinthe twist. I am not big on absinthe flavors, but it is quite mild, as this juice is dominated by the mango/licorice combo. It may sound crazy, but this is a flavor NOBODY should miss. Personally, my new all day vape!
Aroma: A delightful infusion of citrus and licorice.
Throat hit: Slightly on the heavy side, but definitely compliments the flavor.
Overall: This liquid is magical. I seriously have never had a tastier liquid, nor one that managed to nail a variety of flavors without compromising the overall taste. Get yourself a bottle NOW. 5/5

Mysteriously Deep (by Clevervape)
12mg
50/50

Flavor: This liquid is a conumdrum, as they tout they're "As confused as you are." I pick up hints of fudge, cake, butter, and macaroon. It's a very, very decadent dessert vape, sure to please all who are a fan of the blend.
Aroma: Sweet, buttered fudge.
Throat hit: The throat is no mystery, it is powerful!
Overall: Another wonderful liquid, toying with a variety of flavorings, at a great success. If you're a fan of chocolate dessert type liquid, this will definitely not disappoint. Not to mention it comes in a very nice glass bottle! 4/5

Jamican Sunset (by Vaporhut) 50/50

Flavor: A tropical explosion of flavor, with pineapple and peach being at the forefront of the vape. A very, very fruity sweet liquid, retaining an organic quality. It's a hard liquid to put down, as every vape just exudes tropical sweet fruit flavor.
Aroma: Pineapple, with a hint of lime.
Throat hit: Incredibly smooth, this liquid is definitely meant to be tasted!
Overall: A fantastic tropical liquid, sure to please any fruit fan. Get over to vaporhut now, as no review could do this liquid the justice it deserves. 5/5

I'd like to personally thank Tony, Chris, and all those at ZampleBox that make this subscription service possible. Your genorosity is held in high regard and you've definitely found yourself a subscriber. I'd like to ask all my readers to get over to ZampleBox and give them a shot. At 44.99, you're able to sample a wide variety of liquid, of a more than generous amount.

Juicy E Juice round two!

Today I'll be going over some liquid provided by JuicyEJuice. I've had a great experience with them in the past, and happy to say the same for round two!

12mg
50/50

Flavor: "Watermelon Wowzers" manages to capture the sweet, juicy taste of watermelon, all without succumbing to the dreaded artificial taste. It is a bit on the candy-sweet side, but nevertheless, a delicious treat!
Aroma: Smells like a watermelon jolly rancher! The scent lingers as well, filling up the room with a delicious scent.
Throat hit: Pretty sharp, especially at a lower nicotine level. Get ready for a punch!
Overall impression: This is a pretty straight forward liquid. It isn't a delicate mixture of a variety of flavorings; it is watermelon done justice! 5/5!

12mg
50/50

Flavor: Strawerry Delight is a bold flavor, fleshing out the ripe, sweet taste of strawberry. It is on the organic side, so it isn't as sweet as I'd like, but it is definitely a decent strawberry juice. It has eluded that "oh my god, this is the strawberry liquid I've been searching for!" factor, but it isn't bad.
Aroma: Like a fresh strawberry, freshly plucked from the fields.
Throat hit: Very mellow, quite enjoyable.
Overall impression: I appreciate the effort, but it is just a bit bland. Perhaps I will never find a suitable strawberry juice, but I must go out on a limb and say thus far, this is as close as I've got. 3/5

12mg
50/50

Flavor: Wooooow. This has got to one the zestiest liquids I've ever had. It definitely has a strong, lime punch, with a twist of lemon on the exhale. It is quite strong, packing a very sour punch. It's a unique change of pace, and for those who crave something sour, this will not disappoint.
Aroma: Just like the rim of a margarita glass: salt, lemon, and lime.
Throat hit: The throat hit is just as strong as the flavor, one of, if not the, punchiest throat hit I've ever had.
Overall impression: I cannot vape this exclusively, considering it is very, very sour. I base my rating on flavor above all, and considering it is almost identical to taking a bite out of a lime, it gets a solid 4/5

12mg
50/50

Flavor: Slightly spicy, with a unique sweet twist. It is similar to a cinnamon red hot, but a bit sweeter. Actually a nice balance, as the cinnamon isn't quite as strong, especially out of a dripper. I love cinnamon liquid, and this is a hit, as the sweet taste creates a very enjoyable balance of candy and spice.
Aroma: Cinnamon permeates, though it is not nearly as strong tasting, as it is smelling.
Throat hit: Cinnamon, in my opinion, always hits hard. Perhaps it's due to the combination of the candy flavoring, but this isn't as hard hitting as you'd expect. A nice medium.
Overall impression: This is a great, great liquid. It's a cinnamon juice that is sweet, alleviating the overpowering taste commonly found in other cinnamon based liquids. I could seriously vape this all day, and if you're a fan of red hots, you've got to get over to JuicyEjuice. 5/5

I'd like to thank JuicyEjuice and Samantha for providing me with this fantastic liquid. It has been a great pleasure and I look forward to future business.

VAPE STRONG AND LIVE LONG!

Sunday, June 22, 2014

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to sample five best sellers from Vixen Vapors. I had heard great things about the company; the reputability is definitely warranted, as it is some of the best liquid I've ever had. Let's get to it!

12mg
50/50

Flavor: Pixie Stick!! Candy flavored liquid is the key to my heart, with this mix being a clear contestant. They have a very even blend of chalk like taste and candy, though it could be just a bit sweeter.
Aroma: To those who've had the candy, it is the fond chalky sweet smell.
Throat hit: Surprisingly punchy! I am not at all picky when it comes to throat hit, however it has to compliment the flavor, or else it just doesn't work. I find that candy flavored liquid is best when it hits like a truck, with this particular blend being no slouch.
Overall impression: Whether you're dripping or using a standard tank, this juice is a definite favorite. It has the right balance of flavor, and although I would like it to be a bit sweeter, the lack thereof tells me that it isn't heavy on artificial flavoring, which is always a safe bet. I can definitely vape this throughout the day, and to those who prefer a candy-like juice but can't stand the artificial, soap like taste that plagues a majority of mixes, you'll be right at home with Pixie Dust from Vixen Vapors. 4/5

12mg
50/50

Flavor: This is an interesting blend. It is a combination of strawberry, cream, and white chocolate. The white chocolate is faint, though it is noticeable depending on your setup (I would recommend dripping.) The strawberry and cream combination is a successful one, with equal parts sweet (yet fruity) and decadently creamy.
Aroma: Strawberries and cream! Quite enticing.
Throat hit: Very mellow. I wouldn't go as far as saying it is faint (keep in mind, 12mg is on the low side so your mileage may vary) but even out of the dripper, it's a cool, easy vape.
Overall impression: It's a definite winner, that's for sure. The flavor is quite palatable, and should satiate both dessert and fruit aficionados. The mellow complex may turn some off, but you must understand this is smooth blend, best dripped, in order to maximize the flavor. The combination of strawberry, chocolate and cream is an absolute home run, and to those who chase flavor, I couldn't praise this higher. 5/5

12mg
50/50

Flavor: Another innovative amalgamation, Zom 'B' Gone is a tropical, fruity blend, with a twist each and every vape. The flavor layering is quite complex; I have picked up pear, peach, watermelon, and strawberry. Whether or not this is accurate, remains to be a testament to the complexity of this juice. It is wonderfully fruity and sweet, and I simply can NOT PUT IT DOWN.
Aroma: Strawberries and cream! It smells like tropical fruit, peach being at the forefront of the combination.
Throat hit: Delightfully sharp without being in your face.
Overall impression: In a world where it would be permitted cost effective, I'd like to see this offered by the gallon. I have yet to try a juice so miraculously fruity and sweet, without diminishing the palate, or exuding any offputting qualities, such as a soap like taste, the "perfumey taste, and what have you. I can't say anything more without potentially compromising the affinity I have for this juice. It is that damn good. 5/5

12mg
50/50

Flavor: The juice tastes similar to it's origin; (ocean water) and to those who have had it, it is a well made juice. Ocean water is a combination of sprite and coconut juice, and although this isn't a "fizzy" vape, it definitely tastes like a coconut, with a hint of lemon lime.
Aroma: It smells like Sprite!
Throat hit: Middle of the road hit wise, not too pronounced, but not negligible. A pleasure out of any RDA, RBA, or tank system.
Overall impression: I am sure they're plenty of people who would appreciate the flavor the juice affords, but I personally was never a fan of ocean water, or coconut, or sprite! I won't let my inherent distaste detract from the juice, as it is not bad, it is just simply not for me. 3/5 (though I imagine it is a potential ADV for it's target audience.)

50/50

Flavor: Another fruity concoction; again presenting flavors that can elude the palate due to the overwhelming complexity. I pick up grape fruit, cranberry, and cherry. It is touted as a fruity, berry combination, and it definitely take's it's name in stride.
Aroma: It smells like cherry, though similar to Zom 'B' Gone, it is a complex blend.
Throat hit: This liquid hits like a truck! It is quite powerful, almost incapacitating out of the dripper, though that can be attributed to the nicotine level (as I do prefer to drip this.) Nevertheless, when I am in the mood for something hard and heavy, this is my go-to liquid from now on.
Overall impression: It is a well made flavor, though it does not have the "wow" factor that Zom 'B' Gone has. It is fruity, it is berry like, but it isn't the best of both worlds, unfortunately. Those who have tried it love it, so I have little doubt the juice has many naysayers. It is a solid 3/5, if you're into fruity blends, give it a whirl!

I enjoyed sampling the Vixen Vapors line, and will definitely be a customer in the near future. They do well with their complex blends, managing to retain the sum of all parts. I look forward to sampling the line, and recommend all my readers to give their liquid a spin!

As always, get in touch. Form to your right. You know the drill.
