MtBaker E-Juice Review

3MG
100% VG
Flavor: Guabanan Berry is an infusion of guava, bananas, and berries. This decidedly fruity offering is sure to entice those who prefer sweeter tasting juice, and much to my approval, it is definitively so. The flavors, while not inherently complex on their own, blend together well, forming a fruity, sweet, tasty infusion of tropical goodness. It’s a very light juice, with no particular flavor taking precedence – I detect equal parts banana, berry, and guava, with a slight emphasis on the tangy, crisp guava notes. All things considered, it is a delightfully light, flavorful vape, sure to appease those looking for a tasty tropical sensation.
Rating: 5/5, a great mix of classic staples. Easy on coils as well, this juice is clear.

100% VG

Flavor: This flavor is a bit of complex creation – out of the mail, I cannot sugarcoat it – it is not a very good juice. The mix is rather intricate, and definitely has to steep in order to flesh out the individual flavor notes. So, what did I do? I shelved it for a good two weeks, with ultra-sonic bathes here and there, til the bottle permeated with the familiar scent of delicious coffee cake. After giving it an ample amount of time to steep, I’ve got to say… I devoured this bottle. The coffee note is very, very subtle; in fact, the juice tastes more along the lines of the top layer of the cake. Crispy cinnamon with hints of brown sugar and creamy cake batter. For you dessert junkies out there, you can’t pass on this juice. Heed the warnings and steep it because it was not pleasant straight out of the box. Definitely a juice I plan on revisiting in the future.
Rating: 4/5. A tasty treat for dessert junkies, however, it does require a relatively long amount of time to age to its desired perfection.

Flavor: A bold emission, removing the mint from the staple 'Thug Juice', this reincarnation aptly named Hug Juice is twist - berry and watermelon, sans menthol. I personally was never a fan of Thug Juice, so I was a bit excited to get my hands on this. Unfortunately, however, the mix somewhat faltered...perhaps I got a bum brew, or the mint really rounds out the flavor complexity, but it suffered from the perfumey, artificial taste that has a tendency to plague some liquids. I gave it an ample amount of time to steep, and sadly, it did not come to fruition, remaining bitter sweet, and artificial. I would like to note, however, a friend purchased the juice prior to this review, and I was able to try it. It tasted a bit better than the mix I received, with a crisp berry taste, and a feint watermelon note on the exhale.
Rating2/5. It seems to be hit or miss, but I know the liquid has the potential to be at least vapeable, if not enjoyable to some.

Flavor: Constable hit this one out of the park, I'll say that much. CCC, as I'd like to call it, blends sweet sugar cookies with a hint of cream and coconut into a wonderfully enticing liquid. I'm a big dessert junkie, so I had a hunch this would be the best of the bunch ha-ha-ha. In all seriousness, however, I was right - this was definitely my favorite mixture. With just the right blend of coconut and sugar cookie, this juice was a win across all fronts in my book. It's light yet flavorful, crisp yet with a right amount of depth. The inhale is were the sugar cookie notes shine, with the exhale permeating coconut and a hint of sweet cream. It's another, if I could, I'd drink it type of juice.
Rating: 5/5, a sure fire way to appease you dessert junkies!

3MG
100% VG

Flavor: The ever famous Hawk Sauce went through a re-invigoration itself, if you will, similar to what we saw with Hug Juice. Thawed Sauce is a re-imagining of sorts, omitting the menthol from the uber popular berry tart liquid. To be honest, I'm a fan. The menthol really made the juice what it was, but surprisingly, it's omission still leaves behind a solid, enjoyable liquid. It's everything you'd expect from a bottle of Hawk, minus the menthol - tart and succulent, flavorful berry tastes run rampant throughout the bottle, ensuring a pleasant experience all around. It's fairly light, good to go out of the mail box, and won't wreck your coils. If you're on the market for a somewhat sour, semi-sweet berry vape, look no further than Thawed Sauce.
Rating4/5, a decidedly solid berry vape for all you fruit fans out there.

Flavor: RY4 blends are among the elite of the elite in the vape world, one of the few juices around since day one. This particular mixture is, to date, my absolute favorite offering. The extroadinarily robust, crisp tobacco taste blends exceptionally well with hints of vanilla and caramel, leading to an industry standard that can still stand the test of time. At this point in my tenure, I stay away from any and all tobacco liquids, as I am completely content leaving the taste, as well as the idea of tobacco, in the past. I however, cannot shy away from a bottle of Ruyan 4 by MtBakerVapor. It's just one damn fine juice, and for all those chasing that robust flavorful tobacco taste with just the right amount of something sweet, Ruyan 4 is sure to please everybody out there. Just an all around fantastic juice, even for people like me, who could sleep peacefully knowing RY4 of all kinds disappeared.
Rating4/5, a decidedly solid berry vape for all you fruit fans out there.

Flavor: Before I start, I'd like to point out that I have yet to find a vapeable cherry juice. I'm not sure if the flavoring just does not transition well into a juice, or if we just lack a proper flavor, but this is not a juice I enjoyed. Out of the mail, it was bitter, harsh, and overly currant - not a fan, so I threw it in my ultrasonic over the course of two weeks, and tried again. After some time to steep, the mixture mellowed out, and I was able to taste the citrus blend, but the cherry was just overpowering in a very bad way. It tastes like a bitter cough syrup, and I was not able to enjoy it in any setup. For what it is worth, a co-worker enjoyed it, but to each their own.
Rating1/5. MtBaker are experimenting with new juices, so I won't hold it against them, but this just is not up to standard.

3MG
100% VG

Flavor: An infusion of berry and sweet candy in an attempt to capture the juicy goodness of taffy, I've got to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I personally don't care for candy vapes, or fruit for that matter - while I will never shy away from giving proper dues, I'm simply far more interested in the world of desserts...if you haven't got that yet. Wacky Taffy, however, is a delightful surprise, offering a very sweet, berry vape, that I could honestly use all day long. I noticed no soapiness, no perfume taste, nothing to complain about - it's just one groovy, simple juice. I'm a big fan, if you're looking for an awesomely sweet berry juice, pick up a bottle of Wacky Taffy, you won't be disappointed.
Rating: 5/5, a very nice surprise, one of the best juices I've had from MtBaker.

Sub Tank

Hello everybody! Today, I'll be sharing my thoughts on the Kanger SubTank that MtBakerVapor graciously gave me the opportunity to do so! Lets get to it!

The Kanger Sub Tank is KangerTechs answer to the Aspire Atlantis - sub-ohm capability in a clearomizer....but their's more. One thing the Atlantis lacks is a rebuidable section - something that the Sub Tank has, and executes well. Users have the option of using pre included coils ohming in at 0.5 and 1.2, or you can build your own coil, kayfun style. Many are wondering who came out on top - the Atlantis or the Kangertech. Personally, they both have their flaws, but one thing is sure - vaping is evolving, and the advancements we're seeing are pretty kickass. Let's go over the tank.

Kanger SUBTANK Clearomizer
Thread Type: 510
Tank Capacity: 6ml
RBA Capacity: 4.2ml
Tank Material: Glass tub and Stainless Steel

Packaging

What I like most about the packaging is  that this thing is packaged beautifully - immediately upon removing it from the envelope, I knew I had a quality piece of hardware. I wish I could show off the internals and how neatly everything was tucked away, but come on guys - I tore into this thing! The box is gigantic. Inside, you'll find

x1 Subtank
x1 0.5 ohm OCC (organic cotton coil)
x1 1.2 ohm OCC (organic cotton coil)
x1 RBA coil
x1 RBA connector
x1 1 screwdriver
x2 screws
x1 manual
AND some organic Japanese cotton!

To be brief, the contents are packaged securely, the manual is surprisingly well written, and the overall packaging just exudes quality.

Build Quality

The Sub Tank is built like, well.. a tank. The 25mm version is pretty hefty, what with it being completely stainless steel. The tank boasts some incredibly thick pyrex, and although I'd advise you never drop it, something tells me it could withstand a fall or two better than previous KangerTech tanks. The upper glass is secured by a glaringly red o-ring, something you will love or completely hate. The bottom is secured by threading into the base which seats your coil, and personally I think these are some very, very well machined threads.

One slight drawback is that the base of the Sub Tank clocks in at 25mm - it will not sit flush on your standard 18650 modes, but it does look incredibly sleek on a majority of boxes, as well as 26650 mods. The 510 is spring loaded, and I recommend staying away from hybrid connections - I fried a battery by trying to use it in hybrid mode, and although it could have been a fluke, I will not be taking the chance again.

RTA top-portion

If you wish to use it in clearomizer mode, simply remove the base, and install your coil. If you wish to use it in RTA mode, you must unscrew the upper portion of the tank, and install the shorter version built to accompany the chimney and deck of the RTA section. The screws thread in and out easily, but they are pretty cheap - quality screwdrivers only. The included RTA section is than threaded into the same place you would install your coil. The RTA deck itself feels incredibly sturdy, with well machined juice wells. The chimney, however, is kind of thin for stainless - though I have yet to have a problem threading it, I'd recommend caution and a light hand - I can definitely see it seizing with too much force. I'd also like to mention that you should probably pickup some knurled screws, as I had very little success trapping wire thinner than 26g - the included screws are just too small.

One thing I would like to point out - and this is the only negative thing I have to say about the device - is that the included manufacturer coils are indeed chrome plated brass. It goes without saying it is a cost cutting method, entirely stainless steel coils just aren't practical - however for safety reasons, exercise caution. Brass may contain lead, and lead + acidic juice + high temperatures = not a good time. I was able to reveal the brass with a screw driver, but over the course of two weeks noticed no chips in the chrome otherwise. I would definitely recommend routine examination of your coil in between top ups, discarding it if you see any of the plating flaking off. Is it dangerous? Well, the studies aren't out, and we have yet to see ANY case of lead poisoning...but it's better to be safe, than sorry!

Performance (clearomizer)

The clearomizer mode is probably my favorite setting. Essentially, the concept is as simple any other bottom coil tank. You unscrew the base, fill up, and install your coil...similar to the pro tank 2, 3, aero tank, etc. Who would've thought that after getting into mechanicals and dripping, I'd find myself with a kanger tank?

Let me just say....it kicks ass. The clearomizer section holds 6ml of juice. It has three airflow settings, and although the widest setting is just a bit tighter than the Atlantis, it still can chuck some pretty impressive vapor. I found that even though air flow was a bit restricted, the flavor was out of this world - thanks to the organic cotton nestled inside the coil. It has an incredibly pure taste, so much so that I began to like juice I previously couldn't stand in other tanks!

I prefer the 1.2 ohm coil, at 22.5 watts it is a great balance of vapor and flavor production. I found that the 0.5 ohm had to be run at a similar setting, not able to handle much power. I managed to get a few burnt hits around 32-35 watts, so make sure to stay under 30. On the other side, it's great for those looking to conserve their battery, as it isn't as "power hungry" as the atlantis.

What I like most about the clearomizer setting is with such a large capacity, it is easy to fill it up and take it with you when you can't drip - running errands, driving, etc. This thing + my Cana 30w is a god send in traffic, saving me from every having to drip at a red light again! I love the fact that I can leave it in my car, hop it, and be good to vape. I'd also like to mention it has not yet leaked a DROP of e-liquid, something I was surprisingly impressed by.

To be perfecting honestly, this thing is revolutionary. To think that just last year, most of us were using the iClear 30, evod, pro tank 2, etc. It's remarkable how fast the industry has evolved!

Performance (RTA mode)

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, the Sub Tank also capitalized on the RTA craze, providing a seperate deck that allows the user to build and install their own coils! It performs very similar to a Kayfun - the deck has a positive and negative terminal, with the coil leads being "trapped" under each wire. I will go out and say I absolutely hate building like this, it is a royal pain in the ass, but that's just me - I was never good at building kayfuns. Once you have your coil installed, you than feed your cotton through, saturate it, making sure not to block your juice channels. Than, you take the RTA "cover" and screw it atop the base - ensuring that no part of your coil touches it - and than install your chimney. In order to use the RTA base, you must remove the top section of the Sub Tank and install the smaller portion, which is as simply as unscrewing and screwing two screws. Essentially, this works works like so

Coil is installed, tank is full. Your wick rests above the wells, and as you vape, the positive pressure inside the tank changes, pulling juice to the wick. When you stop, the vacuum that you created pulls the liquid back to the tank. Essentially. I personally recommend you look up a video on proper building/wicking technique, as it can be tricky - with higher VG juice, I had trouble with dry hits.

Fortunately (for me) this isn't a building tutorial - once I got a good build going (I personally found my favorite setup to be twisted 28g wire, 8 wrap, wicked with organic cotton) this thing performed as well, if not better, than any kayfun I've ever had. When you get it going, it wicks incredibly well, and dry hits become a thing of the past - though it is a lot easier if you use a 60/40 vg/pg juice, or 50/50 - it can struggle with max VG.

The flavor is incredibly robust, bringing out notes in juice I couldn't detect before. It does have restricted air flow, but I was able to comfortably do lung inhales without too much trouble. I did have to keep it wide open, as anything less was a bit uncomfortable for me. To those of you who enjoy the kayfun experience, you will feel right at home with the Sub Tank - it performs as you'd expect an RTA too, chucking out tons of flavor, and respectable clouds. I kind of wish it had a larger capacity, but honestly it wasn't too much of a hassle. Refilling is done by unscrewing the base, which is great, because I hate messing around with leaky fill ports. In RTA mode, it did leak once, but it was my fault - make absolutely SURE the screws that hold the top portion of the tank are completely secure, or you will loose pressure and have a bad time.

Overall, the subtank was a very pleasant surprise - Aspire shook the world up, but thanks to their vision, us consumers are subjected to innovation at nearly every corner, with the Sub Tank being at the fore front of just that. It's sleek, it's a quality device, and it isn't overly complicated. In clearomizer mode, it performs wonderfully, and in RTA mode it is equally impressive. I love that Kanger included the RTA base, as it provides a huge variety in one small package. I do wish that they would get rid of the damn brass, 'cause if they did, they'd have one of the absolute best pieces of vaping hardware on the market. Do I recommend a purchase?

Are you looking for moderate airflow, great flavor, and respectable vapor from a clearomizer?

Are you looking for a quality built tank?

Are you looking for something to use when you can't drip, something for when you're on the go?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, it's a no brainer - pick this thing up TODAY. Just please, PLEASE keep an eye on those coils - routinely inspect the chrome for chipping, and if it does, discard it. It may not hurt you, but it is better to not take the risk!

Cana DNA 30w + Magma RDA review

Hey there! Today, I'll be going over the Cana DNA 30w box mod, as well as what I believe to be it's soul-mate, the Magma RDA. I'd like to thank Michael and Mikaela over at MTBAKERVAPOR for the opportunity.

Specifications

Features:
  • Compact size ~2.0"L x 1.0"W x 3.4"H
  • The separate up and down buttons allow for wattage adjustment in 0.1 watt increments
  • Uses a single 18650 Battery
  • Flush 510 connector
  • Flush dome style Fire Button
  • Wattage can be adjusted from:
    • 7w-20w on AW IMR and Panasonic CGR batteries
    • 7w-20+w on Sony VTC5 batteries
  • Atomizer Resistance: 0.3Ω-3.3Ω
  • OLED display shows battery level, voltage, watts and ohms
  • Micro USB charger & tiny screwdriver included
  • Able to fire 30watts at any ohm resistance in the range listed above

With the influx of 50w, 100w, and even 150w+ mods, a lot of us are beginning to forget about the original king of the watt game - the DNA 30 the CANA does not feature an authentic DNA 30). At it's peak, the DNA 30w chip stood tall atop the mountain, reigning supreme. As time passed, however, we as a community began to want more - more wattage, more volts, more power. Some of you out there may be chuckling at the thought of bringing your Cana 30w back into rotation, yet a vast majority of the community rarely go above 20 watts - so like fine wine, this is a device that is sure to get better with age. Let's get down to the review.

- Build Quality

Well, the build quality is sure to be on everyone's mind, considering it is a clone of the wildly popular Hana Modz DNA30. I have seen the original, and I can tell you, this is of similar build quality - it is not as meticulously put together as it's authentic counterpart, but it is clear that a LOT of work went into manufacturing the device.

The cana 30w board is housed within a very sturdy piece of aluminum - the 510 connector, firing switch, and wattage buttons are all very well drilled, and seated nicely. The box itself is rather small, fitting comfortably in the palm of your hand. Within the box, you have your battery sled, chip, and wiring.

One thing I'd like to point out, is the screws securing the back door are a bit wonky - if you use the blue screwdriver included, you will end up with a stripped screw. As long as you use a high quality driver of appropriate size, you shouldn't run into a problem - I have noticed others complain about stripping, but I have yet to have this problem. I'd recommend gently removing and and reinserting, as well as using quality tools.

As you can see, it is a very seamless design. The battery sled is seated comfortably, and the solder job isn't half bad - it is not as well done as other boxes out there, however if you're handy with a soldering iron, it should be a walk in the park to touch up the connections - if necessary. The board itself is housed in an enclosed space - it is hard to make out in a picture, but the wiring does seem to be a bit cramped - I like to assume because it is a very small enclosure. That however, is nitpicky at best - if you know your way around an iron, you will find yourself at home if you run into a problem, such as a weak connection, or loss thereof.

The battery sled itself is quite sturdy, however it could do with a ribbon - after about a week of use, mine began to rattle within the housing - I suspect this is because of the force required to remove the battery, as the contacts are not spring loaded, or afford any "give." Worst case scenario, you're looking at soldering the connectors to the sled if you run into this problem. In all honesty, I'd recommend dedicating a single battery to the device, and charging it via USB to eliminate the problem.

The buttons on the Cana are a pleasure to use, affording a clicky, tactile feel. They're rounded, located on the side of the box - one for power, one to lower wattage, and one to increase wattage. Some complain that they're too small, however I find them to the perfect size - they're firm, easy to press, and seem to be of high quality.

The 510 connector is flush dome style, 22mm, which is great - every atty I have thrown at it have sat flush, and beautifully.

The LCD screen is nicely done as well - the readout is very clear, accurate, and well placed. The readout will display your battery life, voltage, wattage, and ohms. This is useful if you're trying to hit a target wattage, or want to know your battery life at a glance.

I cannot comment on the board itself - I have not opened the casing to examine it, however it has yet to give me a single issue - no random firing, no error in firing, etc. I know people who have had the device for quite a long time, and these boards seem to kick for quite a while.

Outside of the iffy soldering and stiff sled, the inside of the box is very well done - functional, simple, and appealing.

- Performance

Nothing quite like a Ferrari with a blown engine - similarly, this device can be as beautiful as it wants, but how does it perform?

Yup, the Cana 30w performs as well as it looks - if you configure it correctly. You see, in order to take full advantage of the 30w chip, you want to your build to hit a target resistance. The box itself regulates power, converting your wattage to volts, it goes a bit like this...

Wattage set -> Ohm detection -> voltage adjustment.

It can get a bit confusing, but it is nothing you can't wrap your head around - with a basic understanding of ohms law (something I suggest you know like the back of your hand) and electrical knowledge (feel free to study), you will have a better understanding on the concept. For the sake of simplicity, I'll break down the build I have

30g twisted 2mm coil, 11 wraps, hitting a target resistance of 1.6 ohms. At 30 watts, the box converts the output amp limit to 6.9 volts - a bit shy of the 8.3 max output, but still pretty powerful. When using a coil with a high surface area, and a higher resistance, you are able to fully utilize the potential of the box.

SO, with that in mind, it goes without saying - if you're looking to sub ohm on this thing, don't. 30w is a great amount of power, but for builds in the .02 - 0.7 range, it is kind of useless. With the cana, you want to build higher, in order to fully optimize the volt capacity the chip affords, and when you do...it's pretty amazing.

With a 1.6 ohm coil, I get dense, thick, flavorful vapor at 30 watts - however keep in mind, that just because you're building higher, does not mean you're getting more battery life - higher wattage requires more amperage, which equals a faster draining battery. I can get about a days use on the cana, but no more - you definitely want to invest in a high drain, preferably new battery, if you'd like to utilize it's full power.

With all the electrical talk out of the way, at 30 watts, the cana simply rips - it performs very, very well. If you're not yet looking to get into rebuildables, it performs equally well with clearomizers - the nautilus mini with BVC coils is heavenly to use around 18 watts, producing satisfying vapor and amazing flavor. In my opinion, the box shines at full power, but is definitely no slouch to use in the 15 - 25 watt range, offering a very pleasant vaping experience.

In my opinion, the Magma RDA was built for this mod. I'll give a quick run-down on the magma, but it is a staple in plenty arsenals, so if you're reading this, I'm sure you've at least heard of it.

Features
  • Available with Stainless Steel or Brass ring, or a full  Black Finish.
  • Extended Juice Basin.
  • 22mm Diameter.
  • Two 3mm Wide Posts.
  • Dual Direct to Coil Airhole (around 1.5mm away from coils).
  • External Airflow Selection (1mm, 2mm, 3mm); Options for Single or Dual Airflow.
  • Poles are Welded to the Base for Durability.
  • Positive Insulator Hidden in the Base to Avoid Melting
Threaded Dome Chamber Top Cap

The RDA itself is exceptionally well bit. The threads are very clean, the posts are incredibly sturdy - they're welded to the base, so you should not see wobble. For a clone, I was very impressed - a friend of mine had the authentic, and they're near identical, sans the logo - this particular magma is logoless, which I find sleek and appealing. I feel that the magma is one of infinites greatest attempts in the clone market - it is 1:1, and performs just as well as the authentic.

Thanks to the domed chamber top cap, the magma manages to pull off incredible, out of this world flavor. I've yet to find an RDA that can stack up to it in terms of flavor - sure, 3mm airflow isn't exactly for cloud chasing, but it surely no slouch in the department. With a 1.6 ohm coil, air flow wide open, set to 30 watts, the magma absolutely rips - flavor and vapor that are hard to beat. Nowadays, a lot of rebuildables are opting for quad posts, huge caps, chuff tops, and crazy airflow. While I certainly love those, it's important to not loose sight of the other end of the spectrum - clouds are great fun, but sometimes...you just need some FLAVOR. Look nowhere else, people. I firmly believe the Magma should be packaged right alongside the Cana, or any box mod for that matter.

- Verdict

Let's take a look at the pro's and cons

PROS
  • Nice construction
  • Responsive buttons
  • LCD readout is accurate and easy to navigate
  • 30 watt
  • Flush 510
  • Sleek and compact

CONS

  • Soldering can be hit or miss
  • Battery sled is stiff
  • Device must be put to sleep (click five times) and awoken (click five times) - would be nicer if you could just turn it on and off on a whim
In the current market, I'd definitely recommend a purchase if you can find it sub ~60 dollars. It's a

well made device, but it does have a reputation - some use it as a daily driver, others are addled with woes. I personally have yet to encounter a problem, but remember - these devices are from china (as with the majority of equipment) where quality control isn't exactly protocol. Just because mine performs well, does not guarantee that your's will. Be sure to inspect your devices 510 connection, threads, buttons, and solder points to make sure that it is in good working order. Never throw a questionable build at the device - it does have short circuit protection, but it is a clone board, and electronics can fail.

GWAR E-Juice from MtBakerVapor

Hey everybody! Hope you had a wonderful holiday season, and I hope I'm not the only one who is happy that it's finally over! Today, I'll be reviewing MtBakerVapors GWAR line. This isn't a gimmick people, I'd wager it's some of the best juice you can get from MtBakerVapor - and a 30ml is only 10.99, proving you don't have to pay for premium. If GWAR themselves vape it, how can you not?

I wouldn't argue with 'em, just saying.

All of these juices were tested using a Cana DNA 30w device, 30 watts, using a magma with a single coil reading at 1.2 ohm. The juice provided utilized food coloring, however MBV offers it uncolored as well. All GWAR flavors come in a standard 50/50 ratio, with your preferred level of nicotine, in 30ml glass bottles with a dropper.

3mg
50/50 ratio
DescriptionA primarily melon flavor with hints of mixed fruits and berries. From the wretched bowels of Scumdogs to your lips. A true Gwar classic.
Impression: I'll get this right out of the way - when I first picked up Spew, I hated it. Not because it tasted bad - but because I apparently hate honey dew / melon. So after a few months, I'm in a position to once again try it. Let me tell you, vaping this out of a magma at 30 watts vs an innokin clearomizer, you'd swear it was a different juice. The overall flavor profile is still there - it is decidedly melon, with a hint of berry. The inhale is uniquely sweet and fruity, with the exhale allowing a mix of melon and berry to permeate. The wretched bowels of scumdogs are apparently inherently tasty and delicious, if not deceptive - if you've visited this juice in the past before, try it out of a flavor-chaser (magma, plume veil, orchid, kayfun) you will be floored. Keep in mind however, the honey dew / melon combination is the primary flavor, so if you're not sold on that, you may want to steer clear.
Rating : 4/5 - it is delicious, tasty, and true-to-life melon goodness - however, it is just a touch too sweet, and not something I could vape constantly.

3mg
50/50 ratio
DescriptionA sweet cake flavor with the perfect combination of chocolate, coconut, and caramel. This liquid was concocted from an ancient recipe enjoyed by all who reside on the planet Cholesterol.
Impression: Just one drip and I was hooked. Seriously, I booked a first class flight to planet Cholesterol and never looked back. The inhabitants of Planet Cholesterol all vape, and GCB flows like water. In all honesty, this is a damn fine juice, and if you're a dessert junkie desperately hunting down the latest custard, cake, or a similarly decadent juice, do yourself a favor - grab a bottle of German Chocolate Beefcake. Within the 30ml bottle is devilishly divine mixture of coconut, chocolate caramel, and cake flavoring. I primarily picked up on the coconut and chocolate mix - that is, until I dripped this on a twisted coil, and began to salivate from the mouth just thinking about it. With the right device and build, you'd swear this was a 19-26.99 bottle of juice - the inhale is rich in coconut flakes and a caramel drizzle, with the exhale tasting of frosted chocolate cake. I was actually quite surprised that such a complex flavor delivered so well - I ran this bottle empty in about two days time.
Rating : 5/5 - a simply wonderful dessert liquid, and probably one of the very few liquids that live's up to it's description and more.

Description A creamy blueberry blend with notes of nut and custard. Each bottle of Jizmoglobin is freshly harvested by Skulhedface herself.
Impression: Skulhedface, as she so eloquently puts it, should really ramp up production on the Jizmoglobin harvesting, 'cause this juice is tasty. The description is an accurate representation of the juice - though I noticed some who have tried it seem to detect a blueberry pie taste. Personally, I get all custard and nut - almost an almond like taste. The blueberry is definitely there, but it isn't as pronounced as I expected - though this isn't a bad thing. The custard taste is more of a sweet cream like custard, not the semi-sweet and eggy blend you'd find in other custard juices. The inhale packs the custard taste, with the exhale stomping all over the place with it's rich, slightly sharp almond nutty taste. It's a winner of a combination, and is a juice I simply can't put down . Personally, I don't like anything getting in the way of my custard, but I'll be damned in a hint of blueberry and a kick of nuts doesn't do it's diligence.
Rating 5/5 - 2 for 3, we're on a roll - if you like  custard and blueberry, and itching for a twist on the classic dessert, you can't go wrong.

Description Our lords and masters Gwar commanded we make an Ry4 worthy of them. This is our take on a classic vanilla caramel tobacco flavor.
Impression: As a large majority of smokers convert to vapors, it is only fitting that the lords and masters command a proper RY4. Now, you know you're onto something good when a former smoker turned vapor despised tobacco liquid, yet ate up GwarY4 like it was going out of business. Perhaps it is because the tobacco flavoring isn't too strong, or that the caramel and vanilla is prominent and delicious - who knows. What I do know, is this juice surprised the hell out of me. GwarY4 definitely perfects the RY4 blend - a classic tobacco taste with a caramel and vanilla twist. Once I popped the dropper off, the familiar and tasty smell of caramel and vanilla immediately struck a chord, and from first taste, I was hooked. The caramel and vanilla combo really is a perfect blend, and honestly, I'd love to see a variant without the tobacco. However, for those who are consistently chasing that tobacco taste, or just want a classic twist on a tried and true, do yourself a favor and pick this up. I'd go as far as recommending this to those who desperately avoid tobacco flavors - it is fantastic.
Rating : 4/5 - a classic tobacco liquid with a deceptively decadent dessert twist. Love or hate tobacco, give it a shot - you may be just as surprised as I was.

Description A powerful tropical fruit blend specially designed to satisfy the bloodlust of every scumdog in the universe.
Impression: To be frank, I wasn't a fan of this juice from the get go - I initially anticipated it to be one of the best of the bunch, going by the description - tropical fruit, right? Eh, not so much. I'm still working through the bottle, and the taste is growing on me, however I still am not getting much of a "fruit taste." In all honesty, it tastes very, very similar to the Hawaiin Punch juice. The only missing thing is the carbonation, really, 'cause the fruit blend afforded to us is really probably the recipe for Hawaiin Punch. It's not bad, but it may have to grow on you - I don't hate it, but I probably wouldn't revisit it in the future.
Rating : 3/5 - not bad, a bit deceptive if anything, but has all the potential to be a favorite for someone.

I'd like to thank the guys at MtBakerVapor for making this possible. Your help in my endeavors have been monumental, and for that I cannot thank you enough. Everybody get over to MtBakerVapor and snag a bottle or two from the GWAR line - you won't be disappointed.

The Vapor Room Review

Up next, I'll be reviewing a few samples I received from The Vapor Room. I have heard great things about their juice on ECF, and was thrilled to receive a sample kit to review. I have to say, I wish I would've gave these guys a chance in the past, as this is some great, great juice. Read on!

Bottle: The sample bottles are 6ml, plastic, and feature a very secure child cap. They're descriptive, mentioning the flavor, PG/VG ratio, nicotine, as well as a child/pet advisory. I like the graphic of the lady, it is a nice touch!
Throat Hit: Mellow, with a slight kick, complimenting the flavor and complexity of the mix.
Aroma: Fresh coconut with a hint of chocolate.
Inhale: Rich chocolate, hints of caramel and vanilla. A rich profile that maintains it's flavor profile without tasting artificial.
Exhale: I taste coconut flakes and caramel, with a creamy vanilla rounding out on the exhale. Very decadent, and again, organic! I was was skeptical at first, considering the complex flavor experimentation, yet it was pulled off very well!
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an HCigar Tree of Life.
Overall:  Samoa's are my favorite cookie, and this is now my favorite juice. The fact that it manages to deliver on the coconut, vanilla, chocolate AND caramel front without faltering in either category is phenomenal. I recommend this to everybody who enjoys a delicious dessert vape. Another thing I'd like to add is that I find myself growing tired of dessert vapes after a while; it seems that they're best left as a treat, or reserved for a special occasion. I have comfortably vaped this for two days now, and I am going to come back for a bigger bottle in the future. 5/5! ADV!

Throat Hit: Strong, but enjoyable!
Aroma: A subtle note of vanilla, however it is overshadowed by robust scent of black coffee.
Inhale: Tastes like black coffee, very strong, a bit bitter. I did not notice even the slightest hint of vanilla on the exhale, so be prepared for a very strong coffee taste.
Exhale: The black coffee once again dominates, as the vanilla taste is at the back end, but it is incredibly subtle. I may need to steep this longer, but it isn't bad. I do like the coffee experience, and may come back to it and find I do not need the vanilla to come through as much.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an HCigar Tree of Life.
Overall:  If you're a fan of coffee, this is an excellent choice. Due to the strong, slightly bitter nature, I can't vape this throughout the day, but it is enjoyable every now and then. I will reserve this for a morning vape, when I need something strong and powerful to get me going. When paired alongside an iced coffee, it is a very enjoyable vape. 3/5.

Throat Hit: Very light.
Aroma: Peachy, but artificial. I was a bit let down, considering that I usually love all peach e-liquid.
Inhale: The inhale is sweet, however the peach aspect was a bit lost on me. It tasted a bit too artificially sweet, the mark was missed a bit.
Exhale: Again, tastes quite artificial. Though it does retain the "juicy" taste, (think biting into a particularly juice peach) which is a bit hard to describe, it tastes more-so like a peach candy than the fruit.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an HCigar Tree of Life.
Overall:  I was hoping for a fruit flavored peach, however I ended up with a candy like vape, too artificial for my taste. If you're a fan of particularly sweet juice, you may like this, but for those expecting delightfully peachy goodness, you'll need to look elsewhere. 2/5

Throat Hit: Hits like a truck!
Aroma: Tobacco with a hint of chocolate and caramel
Inhale: The inhale is a slightly harsh tobacco taste, but this isn't a bad thing, as it encompasses tobacco juice in a proper light. When I smoked, I had craved that harsh inhale, that near debilitating throat hit, and this comes close in that department. Alongside the strong tobacco, I get a hint of chocolate, as well as almond. I'm not entirely sure this juice contains any nut extract, but it is definitely there, and it is wonderful.
Exhale: The harsh tobacco takes a backseat to a mixture of caramel, vanilla, and almond. It rounds out the inhale with a full, velvety composition, one that seems to change every time. First I'll get caramel, a mixture of caramel and almond, vanilla and tobacco. It's a very complex juice, and one of the better RY4's I've tried.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an HCigar Tree of Life.
Overall:  To those who only enjoy tobacco in an RY4 form, you will feel right at home here. It is good throughout the day, but not something I'd use all day. I like how the different flavors compliment one another, and that the harsh inhale is mellowed out by a velvety mix of chocolate and vanilla. It's sweet, its bitter, it's nutty, it's creamy, it's ever changing. As I said, this is one of the better RY4's out there, as you all may know it is a very hard juice to perfect. TVR comes quite close, bringing me to a favor pleasurable vape. 4/5.

Throat Hit: Very subtle, a type of throat hit I find compliments dessert juices well.
Aroma: Ripe strawberry with a hint of cream
Inhale: The inhale boasts a rich strawberry and cream flavor, yet I do not get much cheesecake. I do however, like the offering, as it is a solid meld of strawberries and cream. I have had poor luck with this flavor in the past, so it was a nice surprise trying such a well made mix.
Exhale: A bit of cheesecake shines through in the exhale, but not by much. The strawberry cuts through the majority of the inhale and exhale, but it is a mellow, creamier strawberry. The vapor production is very thick and rich, abandoning the sweet taste for a full, rich bodied flavor.
How it was vaped: 1.0 ohm dual coil dripper with organic cotton, using an HCigar Tree of Life.
Overall:  I enjoyed this juice, but I did want more. I feel as a strawberry and cream juice, it is great, but it did little in the way of offering any cheesecake flavor. I wouldn't compromise that, however, because I said before, it is one of the best strawberry cream flavors I've tried yet. Maybe the cheesecake will shine through after some more time to steep, but either way the juice is a hit with me. It's the type of juice you go to after dinner, a nice, creamy vape. 4/5

It was a pleasure trying The Vapor Room, after much anticipation I was not let down. Thank you John and Jess for allowing me this opportunity, I plan to come back for more Samoa soon!

Impression : Well, initially I asked myself, "what IS this?" The extremely dark color and name threw me off a great deal, but the aroma was captivating! The powerful infusion of strawberry and grape was enough to entice me, so I had to load this in my faithful dripper first! The overall complexity of this juice is a true sentiment to their mixing abilities, as I was correct in my initial assumption, strawberry and grape! The inhale is very, very fruity, retaining an organic flavor profile without coming off as overbearing and official. The inhale is all grape, a ripened grape at that, as the taste wasn't sweet, but natural. The exhale is a blast of ripe strawberry (a juice I am a fan of) that left me hoping all strawberry juice had a similar taste. I like the fact that the ripened taste was captured, as the juice tastes very similar to the actual fruit, not the synthesized sweetness you would find in strawberry flavored candy, or grape soda. I presume I will clear this bottle in no time. 5/5!

Impression : I was eager to try this as well, being a huge strawberry fan. The aroma out of the package was that of a smoothie, so naturally I figured the juice would be a hit. Unfortunately, it fell short. I pondered the intricacy of the formula, believing it to be a great test of mixing and flavor composition. I had hoped for a thorough flavor profile, robust if you will, but sadly the banana aspect was incredibly strong. The inhale had slight notes of strawberry, as well as cream, but no banana. The exhale however, was pure banana. While the banana flavoring was organic and not in the least bit artificial, it was a tad too much. I would love to try this juice again, with a bit more emphasis on the strawberry and cream element. It's not bad, but it doesn't live up to it's name. 3/5

Impression: If you're an avid Vapocalyptic fan, you would know that I do not care for tobacco flavoring. It is rare that I will call it bad, but taste is subjective and I prefer to stay away from tobacco. I did give this a run through, however, and I am impressed by the nature of the juice. The other day, I found myself holding a cigarette. I knew I didn't want it, I knew damn well I would never light it, I was simply pondering how it governed my life for so long. As I laughed at the old idea of smoking, I decided to smell the cigarette, for nostalgia sake. To tell you the truth, tobacco smells good... and so does this juice! The aroma was robust, earthy and warm, very similar to the rolling tobacco I used to smoke. I believe it is a Perique offering, as it does smell like home grown Louisiana tobacco. The inhale is decidedly robust, full of flavor, but not overpowering. The exhale tasted so similar to a cigarette, that I actually might just say it is all around the best tobacco juice I've had. The tobacco leaf extract really shines through in it's flavor profile, and I wholeheartedly believe that those who are a fan of tobacco juices will love this. I give it a solid 4/5.

12 MG
Impression : Thanks, but no thanks. Originating from the alcoholic beverage, I had hoped to experience a fruity offering, but instead I was greeted with a very chemical affair. The overall aroma is intriguing, I get hints of coconut, cherry, and melon. The initial inhale was just that, a very strong coconut, but the exhale was very, very chemical in nature. Not only that, but it has the distinctive taste of alcohol, rubbing if I had to say. I do not know if alcohol is an ingredient in the juice (a common ingredient, and no it is not to get you drunk) but it is definitely a dominating flavor. Perhaps if they lost the beach and just kept the sex, I could enjoy another fruity juice. I wouldn't recommend this, personally, unless you enjoy the taste of alochol. 1/5, sorry!

Overall, I enjoyed the line of juice provided, and loved working alongside Good eJuice. They were prompt, sent generous samples, included a nice tank, all while providing very fast shipping over the memorial day weekend. I look forward to trying more of their product, and I implore all my readers to get on down to Good eJuice, cause their juice is GOOD!
