Let it be known that I am not a big fan of reviewing juice. I do appreciate the insight one can attain from a juice review, however taste is entirely subjective and I feel the only way to truly comprehend the complexities of a juice and it's taste, smell and vapor production, it is best to try it yourself. With that in mind, I am not completely inclined to favor hardware only reviews, so I will be covering juice that I find simply irresistible, to both the palate and the wallet.
Today, I will be reviewing Green Apple, purchased from mountbakervapor. MBV remains my staple vendor for juice. Not only do they have a wide selection; they offer extremely competitive pricing, fast shipping, and immaculate customer service. In this hobby, most of us usually order from a variety of vendors. While this holds true, I can safely say that MBV will forever remain the company that supplies my juice!
It is no secret that this particular flavor is a best seller. It is a game changer for me, as I have an entire drawer full of juice, yet I can't stop devouring green apple!
I ordered it with the following ratio
80/20 VG/PG
18 mg
15 ml
Straight out of the mail, I was amazed by the aroma. When you deal with a juice that is made to order, it often needs time to steep. During this process, the VG, PG, nicotine and flavoring meld and layer together. With proper oxidation and time, the flavors come through and you can truly taste your juice. Prior to this, a lot of juice smells perfumey, or chemically. It is not uncommon, and it does happen. I was pleasantly surprised when I ripped open my vape mail box, because as soon as I popped the cap, I was instantly hit with the sweet smell of crisp, fresh green apple.
As I loaded my tank, I was anxious to see if the smell mirrored the taste, something that is usually the case, but not always!
I was amazed. The flavor was as if I bit directly into a green apple itself. The inhale reflects the initial bite of a green apple; the sweetness. On the exhale, you get familiar sweet tang. It's as if a green apple was literally melted down, put into a bottle, and sold. I typically have great luck with e-liquid, however this has to be the first juice that tasted 1:1 compared to it's derivative. Mind you, this was experienced out of an Aspire Nautilus tank. I can only imagine how well it would perform being dripped.
The juice composition is commendable, as it is a very clear juice, and will not wreak havoc on a coil. 8.5 watts seems to be the sweet spot for this juice, because on that setting, I can have the taste of sweet green apples on my lips well after I have finished my vape.
MBV hit the ball out of the park on this one. If you're looking for quality juice, out of this world customer service and fast shipping, look no further than MTBAKERVAPOR
